I was disappointed in my order when I got home. Picked up lunch from this location around 1145. Order 2 spicy chicken sandwich. The lettuce had wilted and bun were staled. The bake potato was completely unexceptable. This use to be a good spot but just not good anymore. I called in to let the Balijeet know and she acknowledged it and offered to replaced my potato. The entire meal was not editable which I advise, this is constructive feedback to let you know your food is not up to standard. Replacing my meal was not I want, do better so your business flourishes.

Went before 10:30 for them to tell me they stopped serving breakfast (it's supposed to be till 10:30), then they told me they don't have anything to make for breakfast anyways.. if you want wendys breakfast you'll be disappointed here!!

8 people working, can't be bothered with walk in customers. Manager looked up front at us waiting, and continued to have everyone focus on the 1 car in the drive thru. Not to mention when they do make you food, they do it wrong.

Women taking an order has no clue what she is doing . I ordered fired up chicken and it came blad… I had fired up sandwich at other locations and it’s spicy .. maybe she should have asked if I want spicy … doesn’t ask what drink I want and size of fries and drink … I asked her to scan my rewards and she had 0 clue about it and started looking at her colleagues and started smiling , it felt like I am being stupid and asking for a lot . Wendy’s came up rewards and all I am doing is collecting rewards with every order . Train your staff at front and hire someone with better speaking and service skills .

I have come here 3 times in the last month after work and either their hours are not correct on Google and the app or their employees are closing earlier. The hours state that they close at 11PM on Google and on the app, yet I come here every night before 11PM and they are closed. Tonight, I watched as two of us sat in the drive-thru and they shut off the lights at 10:20PM and all their employees rushed out. PLEASE FIX YOUR HOURS ON GOOGLE AND ON THE APP if you are going to close early.

Worst customer service ever. Gentleman at the drive thru was extremely rude and lady Manager didn't care about the business. I had a $50 order and they wouldn't honor an active coupon promotion for 2 spicy chicken combos for $14.99 as I forgot it at home. So I ended up driving to the other wendys down the street to get my food. The wendys down the street was much nicer and honored the promotion. On top of that even gave me a discount on another item as there was another coupon for that too.

Despite not dealing with any orders there was not a single clean table to eat at. They didn't mark burgers as different. Food tasted good and was fast but they did mess up my order. Management needs to step it up.

Would give my left kidney for this Wendy's, I go there all the time after volleyball and hit the drive through, and they have my food ready in like 30 seconds and they're always so friendly. Amazing drive thru.

Rajminder (hope I spelled that correctly!) was a great help! She gave us the best service that I have ever had at a Wendy’s. She dropped everything off to us, made us feel comfortable and welcomed. All of our food was amazing!
