This Tim Hortons is AMAZING. I love this concept (and wish there were more like this). All of their specialty donuts are delicious and I loved the iced vanilla matcha drink. Will definitely be coming back.

A special thanks to Lata!! I recently had surgery and she not only remembered but asked how I was recovering. She insisted that I sit down and that she would bring my drink to me. That is what I call outstanding customer service. She also did something else super sweet but I will keep that between us. In a world where literally everything is shared its nice to keep some things for yourself. Lata, your kindness touched my heart today. ❤

Yes… this is “that Tim Hortons”I would have given this a 5-star but the matcha products (latte, croissant, & donut) have literally NO matcha flavour at all… like come on… but the customer service at this location is good, nice atmosphere, and cool place to take pics for the gram. Worth trying out. But I’ve got to say, that crème brûlée donut is FIRE

I am a regular visitor at this Tim Hortons in my neighborhood and usually have an excellent experience. The service is fast and friendly, and my coffee is always delicious.The location is convenient, and I love being able to walk over and grab a quick breakfast or coffee.The only suggestion I have is that the seating area could be a bit bigger. It can get quite busy, and it would be nice to have a little more space to sit and enjoy my coffee. However, this is a small issue compared to how much I enjoy this location overall.The other negative is that some dishes such as Bowls or merchandises are not available at this location.Otherwise, I highly recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone in the area - the coffee and service are top-notch!

This place maybe only deserves 1 star. Unfriendly and unhelpful staffs, and unfriendly atmosphere. Service is super slow, staffs seem not trained. Mad and unrespectful customers. I ordered $20 food and coffee, the cashier punched the wrong amount when I paid, in the end need to call the other staff to correct it. None of them seems know what they are doing, and rude, no apologies. In the end they didn’t even give me the croissant which I paid for it. I already drove away didn’t event bother to go back. If you are in the area, absolutely need to get a coffee, I highly recommend you to avoid this place.

Its across the street to my place. They usually run out of most of the hazelnut and choc donuts by 9pm. Post 9pm they dont serve meals but only coffee and some donuts. The staff is decent. It has a washroom. The sitting is limited, 8 or 10 ppl max.

Not a fan of this location due to their poor service, the servers look tired and uninterested. Wouldn't accept Amex card for the longest time. They don't have everything other Tim's offer. Plus, the service is slow.Although, based on my observations, it looks like the owner has no provided training and focuses on money vs. service.

Tim Hortons Urban Cafe. Only location of its kind in Mississauga. They carry specialty donuts and cold brewed beverages that aren’t sold at the run-of-the-mill Tim Horton’s.Went there for the donuts.. a bit pricey at close to $20/dozen for a QSR. Good flavours, but not as enjoyable as Krispy Kreme

This is the only Timmies I know that serves Matcha flavour food and I love it so much! They have more flavours that you cannot find in a normal timmies. However, the location is quite hard to find parking. Tables are a bit dirty and the store is a bit small but overall it is very comfy!
