Buying our 1st home in the Pine River Community in Angus was a wonderful experience.From the helpful, understanding and knowledgeable sales agents at the decor center to the clean perfect finishes of our home on move in day.Lancaster was very communicative and followed up frequently to be sure our home was more than we expected. They even came to do a couple touch ups that weren't covered by Tarion but they insisted in helping us.The entire Lancaster team made our 1st house a true home that makes us not want to leave.Thank you.

When it comes to after sales service I have been completely satisfied and feel valued by the attention and care received from representatives of the Customer Care department. All concerns were addressed by polite and professional technicians who are home owner centred. I’m certainly a proud Lancaster home owner.

We recently moved into Lancaster Home. Similar to all the new homes yes.. We did have some deficiencies however all were rectified and the support was amazing. Sales to service there were people who helped through concerns and questions we had. It is built well and overall experience is great... Thanks Dan and Sergio for going above and beyomd...

We moved into our Lancaster Home in October of 2017. As an experienced new home professional my advice is buy elsewhere. I have spoken to several of our neighbours and sadly their experience is the same. So disappointing.

At first on possession of our new Lancaster home in Lyons creek, Chippawa we had a few communication problems with the after Sales office, but once we got to know the staff better all the deficiencies were taken care of very promptly before Tarion due dates.Now after a year when new problems arise with house settling down and exterior work being done, with one phone call or an email to Arthur (Customer Care Manager) he and his handy man Sergio gets the work done the next day or as soon as possible. We, personally are very happy with their after Sale service.
