Skyline Speed Tuning

I brought my car here for a full chrome delete package which involved paint and wrapping. They properly stripped everything that needed painting and did it VERY cleanly. I had some concerns with the wrap on the window, and rather than let me leave Frank INSISTED I leave it an extra day so his guys can COMPLETELY REDO all the window trim wraps. Suffice to say I came back the next day and all my concerns were addressed.He also did a little muffler modification and it was PERFECT. My father who has worked at an automotive company for 25+ years even complimented the cleanliness on the welds.It's been about 2-3 weeks and everything is perfect. I even had a Little Rock chip on my grill, which frank offered to completely fix for free just because he wanted his work represented properly out there.Don't hesitate to do business with Skyline, I had an incredible customer service experience unlike the other mentions. Give Frank a try, he'll do everything possible to make it happen for you.

Frank and his team are great, be it for sourcing sylish designs on rims, great pricing on a broad selection of tires. I got an imported RS grille for my Audi Q5 that gave the whole front end a more aggressive and exotic look. Their pricing is fair and they are enthusiastic about cars and what they do. Don’t ignore the 1 star reviews. The owner Frank isn’t professional nor polite, as a business owner should be. Don’t give him a deposit for ANYTHING. He’ll string you along for months and tell you your order is delayed. If you email the manufacturer, they’ll tell you there were no delays. As well as forward you the email communication between this shop and the manufacturer. This is exactly what happened with an exhaust order I placed with Frank. Stay away at all costs! He’s not in this business to help customers. He’s only here to grab your hard earned money and ignores a customer when you try to address it. And if you suggest addressing it in person, he and his workers will threaten you. This shop is an absolute disgrace to the automotive community.

Went in for exhaust work price was ok and guys were helpful unfortunately the work that was done was not up to my standards as the welds started having holes in them about a month after purchase. they also did nothing to rectify the issue

I have been taking my car to Frank and his team for years [ I came across them by fluke after a accident]. Service has always been quick and responsive- they really do treat your car as their own. I always used to hate bringing my car places because I am the type to get taken advantage of however feel totally comfortable at Skyline. They walk me through what has to get done and always call for approval before proceeding with anything costly. Will continue to take my car there for repairs, maintenance and upgrades.

Never go to this place! They are incredibly rude and refuse to take ownership of their mistakes. They damaged my car and refused to compensate or refund the amount paid. This is the most unprofessional group I've ever experienced.
