I was looking for anniversary gift and came back here at the Halton Outlet location. And to my surprise got to meet Anna who helped me out before as well. She took her time to find what I was looking for, really helpful. Would definitely come back again and ask for Anna as she is amazing.

Possibly the worst experience I’ve had at any jewellery store. Shopping for my cousin’s wedding band, entered the store and not one of the 4 employees greeted us. Four employees who were not helping a single customer since there were no customers in the store. Probably profiled as customers who weren’t serious shoppers, since we looked young. Had to ask someone for help. Said person looked like he was so miserable, hated his life, and did absolutely nothing to help us with getting a wedding band. Zero suggestions, zero assistance, zero help.We left, because my cousin was so annoyed, but also wanted to think if he actually wanted to buy the ring. He was so thrown off with the service, which made him not want to purchase it in the first place. He decided he would purchase the ring online, but needed the style of the rings he was looking at.So we went back to the store where the same 4 employees were huddled in the back - again, no greeting. Someone must’ve been telling one hilarious story because they seemed to be having the time of their lives, and we were the nuisance, interrupting their team huddle. Not a single person offered to help again. The same guy who helped earlier was just standing near us, to see if we would decide to make a purchase, for him to probably make an easy sale/commission - but not a single word spoken to us. That made things worst, so we decided to leave.Super disappointed in the service with this store. You don’t need to love your job, but be present when you’re actually working. Stop looking for an easy sale - do your job. Do better.

I had such a positive experience at this People’s location. Fernando and Anna helped me with a new (and beautiful) purchase and ensured that I got the best possible deal at the time. What I appreciated most was that they were patient with me and did not pressure me to purchase the item on the spot. I was able to put it on hold and think about it before I committed. They took their time to explain the various payment methods, and even called me to tell me about the upcoming sales. They truly were such a pleasure to talk to, and I’d highly recommend seeking their expertise if you’re looking to purchase a beautiful and new piece of jewelry for any occasion.

I had the most wonderful experience at the Halton Hills People’s Jewelry store! I went in to look for a men’s wedding band. I was greet shortly after I entered the store by Anna, who is the reason I loved my experience there! She was kind, patient, she listened to what I wanted and there was absolutely no pressure from her at all! She ended up helping me find the perfect wedding band and made my shopping experience relaxing and enjoyable!!

I drove here all the way from Burlington after reading online reviews about Anna’s service and I was not disappointed. I have been buying from People’s for over 5 years now and I have not met a salesperson like her ever at any of the outlets. She is such a through and detailed person. Her knowledge about the diamonds is exceptional. She is not at all rushed when showing the jewellery to you and would not ask you to buy anything just because it’s priced higher. She gave me honest suggestions. I would always go back to this store. Guys, please go to this store for Anna and the collection which is one of the best in GTA.

Best service ever by Anna, loved her customer service, the deals she offered and giving us so much time with patience getting us the best choices.Never planned to buy so much but ended up buying 2 rings and a bracelet .Excellent service, will come back again.She is definitely a precious asset for the store.All the best to her.
