Great place, nice facilities, friendly staff. Vet Dr Patricia Lechten is amazing. She is knowledgeable and compassionate. She really went above and beyond to put my pups on the right track

An excellent newer facility that has the means to give the results on blood work the same day. Well staffed with friendly, helpful, caring people.

We boarded our pet here last minute. Took her to her sleeping area. Everything looked clean. Staff were polite and helpful. Will likely return. Priced reasonably and they have Vet right there in case something goes wrong.

Very kind, caring and professional staff. With it being such a large veterinarian office I was expecting it not to be as personal and cold/rushed. But that is not the case. They took there time and made us feel welcome a confident that our puppy was getting well looked after.

I have had nine dogs seen by the staff at Allendale Vet for vaccinations, microchips and spays through LBH. Everyone has always been organized, friendly, professional and any wait times have been very reasonable. When I was there having dogs spayed within the last 2 months, they were excellent in reviewing care, pain medication and providing a personalized detailed sheet about their big day" which covered everything we discussed and a handful of useful information."

Absolutely amazing service. Took my 2 cats in to get neutered and no issues at all. Both were back to their playful self within 2-3 days. Allandale followed up and called twice within a week to check in. Highly, highly recommend.

Dr. Castelo and all the staff at Allandale Veterinary Hospital are just amazing. They treat our geriatric dog, Thor, with such care and compassion that he loves going to visit them!

With many tears we made the hard decision to put our very much loved cat down.The staff and the Dr. were so gentle with our Miles" and with my husband and I. We weren't rushed out and were given enough time to be able to say our "good byes" without any impatience.Even when they were taking him out of the room he was handled with respect and care

I was there a couple of weeks ago having my dog neutered. The cost of the neutering was included in the adoption fee I paid to the dog rescue and I had to use their vet (Lost Boys Hope). The people were nice enough; the information given about recovery and activity between what the vet told me when I initially went in and the person when I picked my dog up were conflicting. I questioned the rep over this when I picked him up however she assured me she was correct. When I went to check out; I had to cover the cost of his cone and some Trazodone (sedation), however, they wouldn't give me a receipt for what I was paying for. I was told that because Lost Boys was paying for the neutering it was a violation of their privacy. She told me I could use my Interac receipt...however I was paying cash they couldn't give me anything. I didn't even give me any kind of product sheet outlining benefits/side effects with it. This still makes absolutely no sense to me at all. The cone they put on him ended up being too small for him so it was useless. The office was way too busy so I will stick with my country vet in future.
