The online customer service is really bad. Whenever I order online and pick up with different person in the store, it shows that the pick up person is me and so I have to write email to let them know my problem. Actually, this problem have been existing since last year and ironically nobody can fix it. But today the customer administrator called Marlene replied to me that this problem is normal in a very rude attitude without any apology. I don't think I will purchase at london drugs again. There are a lot of places selling the same thing with a lot better professional customer service. Highly NOT recommended.

The rest of the store is good, but not the photo. I took a photo for my US visa interview earlier today, and the skin in the photo is way darker. Then, I looked up here on Maps, and I saw a comment 9 months ago, complaining the same thing. Take my feedback seriously. Do you think that kind of colour will pass the interview? To the owner.

I have never been treated so well in a store before. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here I am met with the friendliest cashiers of all time. There are about 4 of them that are the kindest and friendliest people. They make me feel so special, engage in conversation and make me want to come back. It makes my day every time!

Very bad experience for Apple iwatch battery service in London drugs. As a Apple authorized service provider, London Drugs force you to paid a London Drugs assessment service for your Apple device when they do Apple service for you, even though you’ve already done an assessment through Apple Official support App before. Just go directly to Apple Store if you have any problem with your Apple device.

484ml of Clinique lotion's price on label was $39 , but the salesperson charged me $47. I just would like to get the $8 back, but the salesperson collected all my personal information without any apology. I'll never buy any make-up products from the store.

I love this LD location. Big, clean store. And the staff are so friendly.

I was recently looking on the London drugs website and after seeing some eyeglass frames I liked I had contact with a sales rep. Stacey , a department head within London drug optical agreed to meet me at a retail store. So I met with her at the Morgan creek store and she helped select my frames ( within my budget) and did all the paperwork with MSP/ Blue Cross for payment and in about 45 minutes I had made my purchase. Excellent service and very good selection, way better than half a dozen other optical stores I felt were all about the dollars not the customer needs . These guys are the real deal ! Very satisfied.

I went to return earphones to the London drugs at Morgan crossing on Dec 27,  around noon,  the tech advisor(A H) said that I could only exchange for the same product. by London drugs policy. NO STORE CREDITI didn't see any sign(He tried to show me the sign, but he couldn't find any signs). no info on my receipts. How we can find out? He said the customer should know that. How?? It was impossible to communicate with him.  He told me he is a store manager and can only replace the same product, which I've already tried and found out is a piece of junk. He said to me I could get a speeding ticket without a speed limit sign, so I have to accept no return policy without sign". WHAT? Do I need to have a license to purchase earphones at London Drugs?  He told me he didn't want to argue with me. I didn't want to argue with him either for $20.  I felt insulted. He failed to show any sign of no return policy for earphones. He said to the coworker " oh we have to order some sign" OMG  He agreed that the cashier didn't inform me about the no return policy when I bought them. But I couldn't return them. Are you kidding me??Should I study their policy before the purchase? Where is the policy I can study? Only the pink big invoice included that info

Horrible experience, I have been coming here for over a year with my small dog in my arms. All the staff love her, and pet her,ect. The manager walked by me twice before coming up to me as if he was working up the courage. Rudely as me to leave. I understand the pet policy but it was how the manager was so rude with the situation. Highly disappointed.
