The price of the plans are good, although I was incredibly disappointed that it took 18 days for my service to be up and running. It killed my data plan on my phone. A manager never followed up with me about my experience. The only positive thing through the whole experience was the customer service rep that I kept speaking to Jasmine W, she seemed to be the only person I spoke to that seemed to be interested in offering me solutions to the problems I kept experiencing. A breath of fresh air, amidst a terrible experience.

I have been a customer for several years and have been pleased with the customer service and quality of internet. I did have an issue with a move a couple of years ago but decided to give them another chance - without further incidents. I was helped today with new service setup by Dave E (GC6844) and he offered great service!

Happy with the service and the immediate text help. Bella S (GC6818) was great and helpful. Still not sure about the internet quality as I just got in installed but the service has been great, professional and efficient.

Cheap, working Internet that was mailed to my door on the day it was expected to arrive. Took maybe 15 minutes to setup, and has been working without interruption since then. Overall, service has no dead zones, no outages and no skipping when me and my wife/kids are all streaming or gaming together. All for about 100 dollars a month less than I was paying elsewhere! Happy to recommend GETUS for Internet needs!

If I could zero stars I would. From the time we signed up with them to trying to get our refund from the services that were never provided to us because they told us 24-48 hours to set up date for a technician to come in…. 2.5 weeks later, still ZERO service or phone call to let us know what’s going on. Then when I switched over to Oxio (way faster service, internet and cheaper too), the lady over the phone was trying to convince me that it was a terrible company…. Unprofessional and would HIGHLY suggest nobody use this internet provider. Absolutely awful.
