Nissan cars are really reliable but car dealers should hire more people like Sam who is really dedicated to his job and role of advising people regarding the car they should get . The best experience Ive ever had buying a car. A top-notch customer service. We almost felt like Sam was our advisor rather than an agent. We wanted to downsize from a pathfinder we have to another car. Sam listened very carefully to our needs and advised us for the best option. He also did his best to provide the best offer. He is very careful and leads the process in a very smooth way. We got the Kicks. Still after the car was delivered Sam still followed up with us making sure everything was good.
