I am not a Telus customer and after todays experience, I will ensure that I never am. I also will no longer purchase our accessories for our phones from any Telus location ever.I came to this lynden park mall location 3 years ago to purchase accessories for our phones and was very pleased by the service I received. So I continued to purchase my families accessories from this location.Today however, Christina sold me the wrong item and will not accept the return. You have now lost your company business because you didn’t originally listen to the customer.I’m writing this review because after phoning in to discuss the mistake, you told me I had said something that I did not and said it quite rudely.I will ensure I let everyone know to avoid this location.Telus was going to be my next in line for a service provider if I wanted to change from my current one.I will update/remove this review if they reach out to rectify the issue.

all of these kids are rude and barely do their job. theyre nasty to their customers and other mall people. tehy stand around complaining or talking to friends or on their phones instead of working. heads up for condescngin one with the glasses who treats eberybody like theyre stupid and that amanda girl who talks over people and screams at them.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Went in to change my plan and the girl that helped me had absolutely NO idea what she was doing. She made an absolute mess of my account that has taken me 2 days on the phone with Telus to sort out. She also told me I needed to change my phone number and I found out now that I didnt need to do that. She rushed through the entire thing because she ''had to leave right at 5'' as if I was inconveniencing her. Definitely won't ever be returning.

Had an amazing experience at Telus getting my new phone and plan set up. Sam was excellent and very knowledgeable explaining things and getting things up and running for me. She went above & beyond with saving me money and getting me exactly what I wanted. Thank you Sam. If your in the market for phones or plans talk to Sam, This girl knows her stuff & she is one of those people who loves what she does and shows this by how she works so hard to make her customers happy.

Went to Telus in the Brantford Lynden Park Mall to get a new sim card for a new phone. The young guy came out and said they can't do that here and to do it online, he argued with me about it and refused to give any help. Went home and called Telus only to be told that I have to buy a new sim card at the store. Went back to the Lynden Park Mall and got a different guy who not only sold me a new sim card but set up and made sure it worked properly before I left. While doing that, the kid that refused to help just kept glaring at me.

Called to return a phone at end of the term. Very rude young lady. No help at allCalled another location 100% different attitude! Will never use Brantford location because of their poor attitude!She needs to find a new job!

Was served by a white dude and he was super nice and helpful and set up our phones and transferred everything so wonderfully. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the black employee working. We got there at 7 and they close at 9 and around 815, the black employee felt the need to say it’s close to closing and kept giving us dirty looks and could tell he wanted us to leave the store. Should fire that guy because that’s so unprofessional. Thanks to employees like the guy who served us! You keep your business in business!
