I’m updating my review to 1 star because my unit’s water sprinkler leaked all over 2 of my bookcases causing water bubbles/damage. I took photos of the unit and the water to show staff and they told me “it was not enough proof”. I don’t understand why they ask us to get insurance with them if they are not going to do anything about it when there is damages.I am very disappointed and I do not recommend this facility. A lot of their reviews are 5 stars because their staff pushes you to do so when you sign up.

WoRst service i received even afteR paying on time they locked my storage unit with there lock i wasn’t able to get my things out from there after even renting van and paying for that too , than they called me saying your rental is expired and i paid for 2 weeks more. Its total scam

The Assistant Manager is extremely friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and took me on a tour to view different units. I have two rental units here and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
