best place to shop for any type of fasteners and construction tools. Their price is the best. They are usually busy and the place is small but they usually attend you fast. No much time to socialize with customers so some times they can seem to be a bit rude

Great place and great prices for tools and fasteners. However I am not a fan of their services and repairs. I decided to give them a shot over my usual repair technician. I brought in two guns. Carlos called me to pick them up. Only one was ready... I wasted time to come pick up a gun that I could have picked up simultaneously with the other. No big deal. However, when I didn't come pick up the gun two weeks later he told me it was gone. They found it in a pile of scrap guns that he threw it into. The brand new" seal kits he installed lasted 2 weeks for both guns. It felt like cheap after market seals were installed in both of them and he almost stole my gun. I will never use this service again."

Amazing service guy looked at my compressor helped me diagnose the problem and helped me fix it cost me less than $50. I thought I needed to get a new compressor. Awesome guys amazing friendly service

Been going to this location for years, and never once had a negative experience. All the guys that work here are extremely professionals and knowledgeable about any equipment and tools you’d need.However, this past year’s visits, are all but positive. Not sure what is going on anymore, but the staffs now seems like they genuinely don’t care about their customers or the customers service anymore. Staffs can be unfriendly, condescending, and having attitudes.I’ve seen while waiting in line, a staff making an extremely nasty comment towards a potential customer after hanging up the phone. Not sure if they are having bad days given benefit of doubt, but customers service seems to not be a priority anymore. Peter, (if I remember correctly) who used to work in front and had the friendliest attitude, but now moved onto a different position.

Too abusively expensive when repairing tools.Last receipt was$70 on labor and $20 on parts.We need the Chinese to open shop next to them do they get itAbusing ppl since long ago
