Pearson Vue Professional Centre

Wanted to leave a review for this place for anyone who’s considering taking a test here and seeing all the negative reviews. I wrote the GMAT here and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Staff were super friendly, computer and setup were good and comfortable, I couldn’t hear anything around me with the ear plugs provided. Location is excellent right by subway station. Highly recommend!

I didn't understand at first because you are not allowed to bring anything in the room with you besides your passport, no wallet, no bag, watch. not even a cough drop!! When I got to the testing site, it made more sense that they provide you with a locker where you put all your items. For a 3 hour exam, I was comfortable enough!!!

I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews but my recent experience of taking my PMP exam here has been very good. The location is very convenient to travel to during a snowstorm as it’s right next to St. Claire station. I called them after reading all these negative reviews almost panicking about noise situation and my exam was four hour long and very focus demanding, but the person on phone assured that they will accommodate. The place is clean, lockers are working absolutely fine, security check before reaching the station is not very time consuming, and for noise they do provide you both ear plugs and headphones. The place was really quiet. I completed 200 questions in 3.5 hrs which was an accomplishment on it’s own. I was booked for an appointment at 3:30 but I reached early, they had one cancellation so they allowed me to start early which Im really happy about. I will definitely take my next exam here as well if it’s an option.

I was a little afraid cause of the bad reviews in here . I must say sitting a 4-hour long exam in this location was really a good experience. The staff were professional and helpful. The location was quiet and easily accessible by public transportation. I arrived at 8 , started exam at 8:15 and finished the exam and 12:10.Many of the bad reviews are due to body inspections. However , those are the exam procedures and dictated by institute so I’d say no complaints on those .Bonus point : they take COVID precautions very seriously: making me feel safe during the pandemic and six wave in Ontario

Really horrible customer service. I tried calling to get more information on my upcoming test and I was responded to in a rude and rushed manner - basically telling me to go do my own research. If you cannot provide proper service in such establishment where students are stressed and are trying to get more information to put their mind at ease then you should definitely not be in this industry.

Had a really great experience here. Was confused about where to go and a staff member actually came downstairs to get me. The process of signing in was smooth. Everyone at this location was professional and nice. They followed COVID guidelines really well, sanitizing everything. Would definately come back to this location. Also there are a few shops close by to grab a quick coffee or a bite if you need it on break.

I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews here but my testing experience at the centre was great. Everyone was super nice there and overall it was quiet in the room. The person who watches over the exam was a bit strict and might come off as intimidating (bearded dude with long blonde hair) but he is still nice. He just takes his job serious, but as long as you follow all the examination rules you will be fine. So if you have been avoiding this place because of the reviews, don’t. I took the chance of writing it here after reading the bad reviews and its safe to say I had a good experience!

I just had the most absolutely rage inducing experiencing with Pearson Vue.I used their at-home test taking service to write an exam I have spent weeks studying for. I followed all the instructions (which were poorly written), including a system test, an early check in, and a review of the rules. When I started taking the test, the application kept freezing. Ironically, the only thing that was working was the clock - which kept counting down. Technical support was largely unhelpful, and literally ignored my questions about concerns around time and the frustration it caused me, which inhibited my exam writing performance. Once it froze for the THIRD TIME I finally got a call from someone in Massachusetts (which I will probably now be charged long distance for) who told me that they will not provide a voucher to retake this nearly 1000 dollar exam. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told there was none. I finally was able to get a case number after approximately an hour of waiting. That's when I was told that I have to continue writing the exam despite the fact that the clock was counting down the whole time. The customer service representative - Elizabeth, was kind but unhelpful. Then she told me that she was wrong about that, and that I didn't have to write the exam.So now I have to take this case number (which will come to me in 5 business days) and waste more time pleading for a reschedule that I may have to pay for because Pearson Vue screwed up. This is an outrage and I'll be making it clear in no uncertain terms that no one, under any circumstances, should do business with such a miserable and lousy company. 0 out of 5 stars.

The test centre was very organized and no distraction at all during the exam. The TA responded my call quickly and I had no worries about losing my time at all. I would recommend thatcentre if anyone wants to write an exam.

Lowest level of customer service I could imagine experiencing. It was like entering a prison they treat you as if you were a cheater from the moment you arrive. The front desk person barely speaks English, provided no helpful instructions, then the exam invigilator threatened to expel me if I even had a shred of paper in my pockets. Boo!
