Excellent service! I called about a faulty LG refrigerator, and the tech came out the next day. He was professional, thorough and friendly. I am so glad I found a reliable appliance repair service, and they will be my go-to in the future.

I needed work on our dryer and had great experiences with Appliance Repair Expert. I made an appointment and the technician showed up exactly as expected. He knew precisely what to do and took apart, diagnosed, went for parts, repaired, put back together, all within three hours. Was billed fairly and the service was top-notch.

I called Appliance Repair Expert with reference to a broken cooktop in a rental unit. I gave the tenants details and Danniel called the next day. He fixed the problem, found a fundamental issue with it, suggested a solution. Excellent work - couldn't recommend them more highly.

I spent over $600 on the repair and my oven no longer works. They never answered my calls, when I finally spoke to someone this person was rude. They literally never respond to any claims, they just wait for your warranty to expire to answer your call. Don’t trust them.Note:The apologies and information they usually reply on the reviews is false, they never answer the calls and never solve the problem. After my review, I never received any calls. Of course, I can't do another review because the system doesn't allow it.

I called and emailed the company to refund me for they failed to fix my fridge, but no one answered/ cared! I’m willing to modify my review if you could give me an explanation. My advice is not pay the bill until you make sure you appliance is properly repaired.

Called the Appliance Repair Expert about oven repair (the element had failed) and it was fixed on the same day I reported the issue. Great service and a pleasure to have such professionals in the house. Definitely recommend. Great, friendly service and a good price too.

I booked an appointment with this company to come look at my stove and they sent me an email confirming the appointment. Then I found out that my local gas company would do it for nothing so I emailed them back and said cancel my appointment. The gas company came and the stove was finished. Appliance repair expert never showed up yet. I got a bill in the mail saying I old it to them. They tried calling me and I spoke to them and I said you never came. I’m not paying you anything they said you don’t cancel by email. You have to call our dispatcher. nowhere in any communications with this ever communicated to me. Please don’t trust them at all. They are shysters.

Quick response to my phone call. The technician came out within the time stated. He had brought the spare parts with him, so my stove could be fixed straight away. Matthew was very professional, and the work was carried out to a high standard, it was not as expensive as I thought it would be, which was a bonus. Will definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
