Al at Hightech Computers is the best tech I've met in a very long time. I used to live on the BC coast where I had access to many computer repair shops. Every one of them created a problem for me and/or overcharged me and many wouldn't stand by their work when I called to let them know they hadn't fixed the problem. I've had my computers in to Al several times for many different things (usually problems created by me not knowing what I'm doing lol). He not only got the jobs done sooner than he expected to but those computers always worked better than when they did when they were new and the cost was always much less than I was expecting and willing to pay. Every time I've been there he's had several people lined up outside his door to see him, which shows just how good he is when so many people are needing his services. I know that Al is also certified and insured unlike several other computer repair businesses I've seen in the area (I always ask when I use the services of a new-to-me business). I promise that you'll be so very happy you went to Hightech Computers!

Hightech Computers is a fantastic place to take your pc. The owner Al, is extremely knowledgeable, to the extent that he can even trouble shoot over the telephone! He is also totally trustworthy. I have been dealing with this company for several years. I recommend him to anyone who needs their computer serviced. He has always provided complete satisfaction to my many questions, as well as making me one happy pc owner :)
