We ordered from the North Star and when it was delivered the bag broke (totally not anyone’s fault). Some of our order of onion rings fell out onto the porch. The driver apologized profusely, to which I told him not to worry about it, it was just a faulty bag. 1/2 hour later the doorbell rings and it was our driver with a fresh order of onion rings. He had driven through snowy weather back to our house, probably half an hour round trip. Totally not necessary but what amazing customer service! Thank you!

Website order experience is horrible. Had to call the restaurant directly which defeats the purpose of this company. I won't be trying" to use this again"
