Little Party Shoppe

Went in to this store for the first time to buy balloons and it was the easiest and stress free experience I’ve had to date. The associate was not only helpful she was extremely kind and assisted me to choose the perfect custom balloon decorations for my party. I will go again and fully recommend them!!

I brought back a number 8 asked them to refill because after a week it was loosening up. They said if they do it it will damage the valve. I didn't accept their answer and explained to them that party city has done for me before. They were rudly replied back saying oh

I found the staff, in particular the person blowing up the balloons, rudely unhelpful and unfriendly. There is a lot of stuff crammed into the store and as a first time customer I needed help finding the items for my granddaughter's 3rd. birthday. Other suggestions for a 3 year olds party would also have been appreciated. Very frustrating. I won't be back.

Ordered a pair of number helium balloons and they looked exactly as I wanted. Quality of balloons was excellent and staff was sweet on the phone when I was placing the order as well as when I went for pick up. However, it is pricey!!

I picked up a balloon arrangement from this store for a birthday. Three balloons exploded while in my home. I am not sure if they are using hydrogen instead of helium. Balloons filled with helium do not explode they deflate. Super concerning especially since my toddler was so close to the balloon when it exploded.

Those place is so expensive bit I think it is worth it. You can get really good wrapping paper for awesome presents. They have fantastic cards for every occasion. They will make helium balloon arrangements for pick up. They carry party favors and more. I love it in there. I like it better here than other card/gift places that are more known.

UPDATE: After buying about 8 balloon arrangements from here, and while the end product is usually good, the balloon area service is just so horrible. 3/4 times it feels like you’re being a nuisance to them, whether ordering or picking up. Now I travel further to get better service elsewhere, and generally at lower cost.——————ORIGINAL REVIEW:Had a request for a birthday balloon arrangement and it was done very quickly and it turned out amazing! Over 1 day now and the balloons still look perfect — it made them feel quite special (for as special as COVID birthday could be). Staff was courteous and friendly from start to finish, will be back!

I just always need them on a Monday when they're closed lol
