My truck was derated due to a scr performance low problem. Spent one and a half days there to have it fixed, my bill to have it repaid was $5700 . Got 100 miles away from there and was derated to 8kph again. Spoke to the service Manger about the service I received and didn't even get a sorry that they screwed up. I also had my wife phone there to speek to the owner and they refused to give her his name or phone number. I lost four days of revenue and due to it being new years and finally had the problem fixed at trimac's shop in edmonton. It was the Def dozer that was the problem. This is a common problem with this truck but they said it was ok. It's a nice place to visit and free coffee but bend over when you get your bill and hope your truck runs when you leave thereD poole

Ordered one part on Monday, I was told 2-3 business days, Friday was a holiday, so I figured we should get it on Monday, no call from them. I called them Monday afternoon and was told that the part has not even shipped yet. Now it has been ordered and will arrive in 2-3 business days, so now my truck has been sitting for 7 days, will now be 10 days before I get my part - not a supply chain issue - a process issue within their organization.

Theu rescued me from the side of the road and then finished fixing me at the shop.

Excellent service and the people are great!
