I’ve been practicing yoga virtually with Sara since April 2020. Sara’s kind and warm personality are what keep me coming back twice a week! She has a holistic approach to the class ; respecting and honoring where you are at mentally and physically. Thank you Sara for the “ pause” in my busy life every week and the gentle reminder to care for ourselves as we would for others.

I have had many sessions with Sara, all which have been extremely beneficial to my body and mind. I go in there with so much built up mental and physical tension and always come out feeling moreIn touch with myself and less aches and pains in my body, Sara creates a safe space to release any negative tension happening throughout the body and to relax and breathe! I look forwards to my next session with her every time I see her!

I have seen Sara a number of times for a Bars treatment, yoga session and massage. Sara is very well-rounded in her knowledge base, full of compassion for others, and professional in the warmest of ways. She is easy to find, accommodating with her booking, and her studio will put you at ease the moment you walk in. I have been thoroughly relaxed with each session, and I always leave feeling better. Would highly recommend!
