Coco's Mexican Food

Amazing, starving and not wanting the typical commercial generic fast food I stumbled upon this place and was blown away by the quality of the food, the taste of the wholesome meal and the incredible service from the staff. This little place easily blew away more expensive places in Vancouver making them look pale in comparison and crushing them with the incredible flavours and freshness of their food. This wonderful place is the Paradigm of what a Mexican Restaurant should be or what any restaurant should strive to be. Simple, with high quality ingredients and a focus on flavour, what an incredible place!The menu is straightforward and focuses on healthy and incredibly tasty traditional favourites, the restaurant is very cosy and wonderfully decorated with an outdoor patio overlooking the mountains, exquisite!

The food was okay. The counter service was good. The ambiance was not good {in a parking lot).I had beef enchiladas. The meat was tender and plentiful. The sauce was just okay. I think salsa was bottled.My wife a had beef burrito. The beef was tender, but it was bland, with too much rice and little flavour. The side salad was the best part.My daughter had a veggie burrito which was just okay. She got fries with it which were your basic frozen fries.I have eaten a lot of Mexican food and this was uninspired, but filling.

This food was absolutely amazing. Me gusto mucho. Such a good price, such good tacos. Beats many many places in Vancouver. Staff were super friendly as well. Will for sure be back anytime I'm driving through Pemberton

Amazing food in this small town.Very authentic mexican food, the food serving is big, fresh and warm quesadillas.The costumer service is very helpful and polite.Highly recommended this place.

Great service and quick order. We had 7 of us order takeout was good overall. Prices were fair for the portion size. Would say it could be more flavorful overall with spices and meat marinades.

My wife got the veggie burrito and it was great, however I got the chimichanga (deep fried burrito) and it was terrible. All it had inside was what seemed like boiled chicken and cheese. No rice, beans or any veggies like my wife's burrito. Wouldn't recommend it. The fries were also very average. Was pretty disappointed

Extremely flavorful, awesome taste, amazing servicePerfect place in Pemberton to stop for a quick meal. Tortillas were very fresh and very flavorful. We were a group of 8 ppl, some tried veg, some pastor, some chicken, some burrito bowl. Everyone was happy with their meal. Their home made hot Sause was brilliant too. No complaints, only smiles. Must try for anyone who is in Pemberton or travelling through Pemberton.

Authentic Mexican recipes served up by awesome staff. The burrito is the perfect energy boost after hiking around Pemberton.

So glad to have happened upon this place. The food was great, crowd pleaser for young and old. The home made tortillas chips and salsa that came with the meal were great. The hot sauce was divine. The service was incredibly friendly… then they asked if they could give the kids an ice lolly, (nice end to a super great experience). Highly recommend!

I dont think I've ever been more disappointed by food that I've paid money for.Dry unseasoned meat wrapped in an equally dry tortilla that has some lettuce sprinkled on top. On the side some lightly colored (?) Yet still flavorless rice and unrinsed black beans slopped on top.The cheese was pretty tight.
