A chocolatier doesn’t know how to make a decent hot chocolate drink. Tim hortons is way better for it. It seemed like water with mild taste of chocolate.

Rude staff..one clerk was too busy flirting with a security guard to acknowledge us in any way..another was too busy cleaning a machine behind cash. Never asked if we needed help or even told “hello” ..when we paid for purchases the clerk who was busy flirting earlier paid even less attention to us when she rang up purchases..she was too busy talking and laughing to the other clerk still cleaning the machine...would not return..

When a tag on the shelf says one price and the bill shows a higher price and the junior can’t reimburse me the difference or return it because the manager isn’t there and neither of the two employees know what to do and hence asks me to return the next day (in the storm)…. Not impressed. False advertising. It’s the principle of the situation and not the price difference. Left with a bitter taste and not a sweet one.

Terrible Service & Disrespectful behaviourTried the store to get two gift baskets. Well none of the baskets had the price. So when asked the person in the cash to help me check the price, the response was aggressive and disrespectful. Well the person screamed to be exact !!!Never expected this sort of experience and will never return to this place.

Mostly friendly staff, but the prices are absurd. I get that the location doesn't control the prices, but you're honestly better off going to Dollarama for chocolate or finding at Lindt store (way cheaper for more chocolate). $40 plus tax for 3 cream filled Easter eggs? Insane.Always wait for end of season sales here, only time the prices are reasonable.
