Very satisfied with the quality of the closet doors and the shower tub glass purchased from Keystone Home Products, and also with their customer service and installation team. They're a much better option than big names as Home Depot or IKEA for products like these.

I have dealt with Keystone Home Products to replace my custom ordered closet door. My initial conversation with them was pleasant and I received immediate quotes over the phone. However, their customer service and follow-up was horrendous. I have never experienced such rude service reps. I had to constantly call them to follow-up with orders and appointments, payments, etc. I will NEVER deal with this company again and I suggest you don't as well.

I was trying to get the proper quote for more than a week. First, a price was given when I decided to close the deal Fatima provided me with another price double the previous one. Finally, she sent me a final quote and the price was 2x higher than the second one. I felt that it was a waste of time to deal with this company and I'm really concerned about the way sales is being handled at KeyStone. If customer service and sales are handled this way thenI'm not interested in doing business with this company!

Keystone did a great job from making the appointment, doing the measurement, to the install. The sliding door looks great and we would definitely go with them again and we would recommend them to others. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Keystone Home products in June.Given the covid situation I was very impressed with the staff. From customer service to warehouse. Was even able to go back to the office when we couldn't figure out to install. Over all a good experience.

Everything was perfect! Throughout the planning process, Fatima and her team were very quick to respond and gave me all necessary info needed to ensure the process was smooth. From giving the quote, processing the payment and planning the installation were all done smoothly and efficiently. The installers were also super nice guys. The mirror sliders were of beautiful quality and the guys made sure to install the closet doors perfectly. Thank you so much! :)

I have never left any kind of review before, but I had to leave one for this company . It started with the phone/email conversations. The lady was very short and rude . I still proceeded to purchase some mirror sliding doors. Once I picked them up, I was eager to install them. On the first attempt, the wheel at the top of the sliding door completely snapped off . I emailed to explain what happened , no response. I then called them and was told I would be called back to handle the situation. No one called me back. I will never recommend this company or ever purchase from here again. Poor quality and worst customer service . Not impressed.
