Bought new Civic in 2008 and bringing it here ever since for service and repairs. Service team is excellent, explains issues to watch for. Gerry, the new guy and Andrew in service explained future service needed and what was priority vs what can wait, and I appreciated that. Manager Jim Ashton takes time out of his busy schedule to listen, explain with words and diagrams so I can understand if service advisor is not forthcoming. Recently Jim was kind enough to listen to my concerns, told me how and why problem occurred in my car, and arrange a loaner car while mine was in shop for repairs for a few days. Trust is main reason I continue to bring car here all these years. Thank you to London Honda for keeping me safe on the roads!!

I had our 2010 CRV in for another recall inspection and subsequent service. Email from dealer asking for a review of experience so here goes. From receipt of recall notice from Honda Canada (frame corrosion this time) to booking and receiving recall service was around 4 weeks). Drop off and return of car was around a 3 ish hour process. My first ever car was a ‘77 Civic and several Honda and Acura models later this CRV will be our last Honda. The value proposition for buying and maintaining a Honda long term is no longer there. Currently the prices and the actual reliability of this Honda has soured our relationship with Honda and we have found that despite advertising that says “with you for the long run” neither Honda or this dealer lives up to that. If you have a trustworthy local shop, use it. If you’re looking to own a vehicle 8 years or beyond look at other brands. IMHO

We've been coming to London Honda since 2014. We've had great service all around. Minor hiccup which was looked after. Today was no different, great customer service, friendly staff, excellent waiting lounge. These keep us coming back to London Honda and driving Honda vehicles.

In 2018 I bought a brand new 2017 Pilot from Billy. I left a review about how awesome my experience was with him. This past week, I traded that in for a new 2022 Pilot with Tony.I was hesitant to trade in at this time as I was comfortable with where my payments were at and the car had been more than half paid off. I was initially also concerned with dealing with someone other than Billy, as my experience with him was so good. Tony was very accommodating and listened to my concerns and really put in the leg work to get me comfortable enough to upgrade my vehicle. I am extremely happy with my new 2022 Honda Pilot Trailsport! This is my second brand new vehicle from London Honda. Maybe a 3rd is in my future? We'll see!
