Rooms are a bit outdated - and this is the second year in a row the room was not clean when I got there . We waited and then there were empty bottle/cans in the room, chips/crumbs on the floor.Other than that- the ammenities are great. Kids had a blast in the pool. Upon checkout Yash was very quick and efficient and offered help to the car. Nicest staff member at the hotel in my opinion!

The hotel is amazing and so is the location, just 10 minutes from the airport. I really enjoyed my vacation and had a lot of fun staying here.Not to forget Mr Virain Kalra (hotel staff) who was very polite and had an amazing attitude the entire time. He just made everything so smooth.

It was a last-minute hotel booking experience for me. I had the reservation done on the ferry, then headed to the hotel check-in within a 30 mins duration. However, the transaction was smooth, and we got a room with two-bed. The size of the room is kind of small, though. The settings in the room are decent and thoughtful, even comes with a tiny shoe polisher on the counter with other toiletries. Also a mini coffee maker is available on the desk with a couple of packs of ground coffee for you to enjoy. We saw the Starbucks in the lobby so I guess not many people will bother to use it.

Not a good experience while at your location. A/C did not work in the room. It's was very hot. Ice machine did not work on our floor. There were what appeared to be blood stains on the curtains. I have pictures of the stains if you want to see them. For a suite at this price point we definitely expect much higher quality. I may not stay at Sandman hotels ever again.

My wife and I, along with our two small children recently stayed here. The room was nice and clean.The parking lot is huge so my truck fit just fine. The pool and swimming area were clean and the waterslide was really fun. All staff were super friendly and accommodating.The gym next door doesn't allow children so don't even try to bring them. They will throw you out.The Denny's attached was great for breakfast.We also ordered chop Steakhouse room service and it was amazing. Food was really good.Overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back.

We had very good and very bad experiences in your hotel. Check in was quick and courteous. The room was well laid out...the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Behind the nightstands (were we plugged in our devices) there was no evidence of it having been cleaned in a while...same behind the sofa. The floors felt grungy on bare feet (we wore socks or slippers as a result). My wife dried some water she had spilt on the floor of the bathroom and the tissue she used was black from the dirt. Around midnight on Saturday, we were awakened by loud music. We thought it was coming from the penthouse floor above us. We called the front desk to ask that they intervene...we called again at around 1:00 and finally at 2:00 we called again and I went up to investigate. I found the source and pounded on the door to get the occupant to turn off the music. He did, and your staff arrived about that time to see if they could convince the occupant to leave it off. While they were successful, by the time we were back in bed we had been up for three hours. Your front desk manager made a satisfactory adjustment at check out in the morning...but the episode left a lasting negative impression.

Really nice hotel,We arrived early but Anisha was really helpful with check in and having a room ready for us.The rooms and amenities are great and it's a convenient location with the shuttle service.Would happily stay again.

Very poorly maintained hotel. Dirty. We had to charge rooms because the first one in the Provincial building (118) smelled and the sheets were stained. Cut our foot on the floor where the carpet was coming away from the tile. The drapes were stained and unraveling. I could go on. Waterside is cool but the pool tiles are also dirty (algae and grime).

We regularly stay at Sandman Signature Vancouver airport when we come to the mainland and usually consider it good value for the price. However our recent stay in May was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Our room in the provincial area was dirty when we arrived (pink bacteria ring in the sink, greasy spots all over the bathroom vanity and chrome hardware, multiple short black hairs all on the shower wall and curtain, and dried/crusted swipes of brown goop on the nightstands). The toiletries were just empty boxes and there was no toilet paper so we had to call and have some brought up. The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke and triggered my asthma badly. When we complained to the front desk, the staff’s solution was to spray flower scented air freshener all over the room which made it smell worse. The air conditioning was malfunctioning and couldn’t cool the room below 23 degrees, so it was very warm in there. When we alerted the front desk that we were very unhappy with the room, they told us there was nothing that could be done because the hotel was full. When we checked out, we reiterated our dissatisfaction and were told the manager would reach out to us later that day to talk. Instead, we received an invoice by email for the full priced bill which was very disappointing and we have not yet heard from the manager. Sadly, we will not be staying here ever again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone we know.

I gave the service 5 stars because we got an early checked in with no charged Radhika was so nice to take time and effort to find an available room. There was a hot water maintenance/repair for a specific time and only one day. I have a wedding to attend to and so I requested if there’s a way we can be moved to a different tower. The young guy checked and even offered an upgrade and some options but that includes switching rooms for a day. We ended up staying and just had an early shower. Room was good size with fridge and microwave inside cabinet so it’s neat. Nice to have Starbucks in the lobby and Denny’s nearby. Overall satisfied with our stay.
