They were so incredibly helpful and nice when we showed up with a broken-out side window suffered on the Coquihalla in our van. They covered up the hole with really sturdy plastic, vacuumed out all the broken glass, and got us back on our way to Sun Peaks with a plan for replacement in Kamloops the next day. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

I don’t normally write negative reviews. But my experience was so bad that I had to write one. I booked an appointment for 2 weeks down the road. I made sure to give them the correct information as to my windshield. I confirmed my appointment the day of. I drove an hour from my little town and dropped off my van. Half an hour later I get a call from them telling me that they don’t have the right windshield for my van. They pretty much expected me to come back another time. Hmm. Making excuses as to why it’s not there. Not taking responsibility for their mistake. Not owning up to how this is affecting me. My gas. My 2 hour travel time. All my loss. Then I speak to the manager and I’m trying to resolve the issue. After another 15 minutes wasted talking to her, she puts me on hold and comes back laughing, saying they do have the right one after all. Wow. Stressed me out because of incompetency. I wish that was the end of my story. Two weeks later, all the rubber around my windshield is pulling away. They claim heat caused. Again, not taking responsibility for not installing it right with enough bonding material. I’ve had my van for 12 years and never has it happened. The weather wasn’t even that hot. The heat wave hadn’t even hit before it started coming off. Fortunately they had a job in my town a week down the road and I didn’t have to waste more of my time and gas to drive it there to have them fix their mistake—which they never owned up to. I do not recommend this place.

These guys are awesome, I have asked them for some pretty odd specific glass pieces.Low glare glass for a framed print and a edged glass top for my coffee table, I broke the original :(. Always very friendly!

Excellent service all around!

Great work very courteous and prompt. Friendly staff tgey even washed the nud from the truck i already recomended them to a few people who need windshields.
