My husband has gone here, a friend, I've taken my toddler, and today took my 3.5 month old. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences coming here - far better than many other walk in clinics. The receptionists were nice and the doctor really took his time and listened to my concerns and made sure to explain everything well so I fully understood. Today I was told the wait would be 1 hour and it ended up being more like 2 hours, but it's a walk in and that happens! I recommended this walk in to a friend and she also had a great experience. I suggest calling first though just to ensure they are taking walk ins when you are hoping to go.

I've been here twice and both times the front office staff have been very pleasant to deal with. I met with Dr. Mohamed and no issues at all. He was genuinely interested in my health eventhough I am only visiting the province.

Super pleasant experience! They got me in and out quickly. I found the staff very nice and polite and the doctor was great! We really felt cared for and heard. He was very helpful. I would recommend this clinic and have no hesitation on a return visit.

This place must of had a change in management. It is excellent now and doctors + reception staff are great. We've been here multiple times now with my son and the experience is always top notch. Previously had a very bad experience but this past year has been amazing with multiple visits.

I had a great experience with this walk-in clinic. I was able to see a doctor almost immediately with only a few minutes wait, which I sincerely appreciated.

Went here last week...got in pretty fast, took the Dr a while to come in... just got off the phone with the front end staff and not the most pleasant woman to talk to...could barely understand her, then she hung up on me!

Today I came in around 2:10 pm for a walk in checkup for my brother. When I called earlier in the day, I was told I can’t book an appointment, that wait time is only half an hour, and that I could walk in. So I came in the afternoon. However, I was made to wait more than an hour. What’s worse, a person who came in behind me for a walk in checkup was taken in earlier than me. When I brought this up to the receptionist, she ignored my concerns and made me wait longer with no valid excuse. She also put us in the room at the very back of the clinic. She is not a compassionate person at all. When I asked for her name, she refused to tell me her full name as well. I know it starts with Raj. The doctors in this clinic are not the problem. It’s who are hired at the front desk that ruin this clinic’s reputation. And this isn’t even my first bad experience here. I will never be going back to Haya’s medical clinic. When a patient and there family come in for a medical concern, you’re supposed to treat them with kindness and empathy. Not show attitude. If you don’t know how to handle your emotions, you should not be working in the medical field. If you especially have a family with young kids, you should definitely not go to this clinic. It will only double your stress.

Take your phones with fully charged batteries because the waiting time will not less than for 3 hours.And in case you have an appointment, even then as well 1 hour of waiting time is complimentary for you.

Went to this clinic as a walk-in and they were able to set me up with a doctor within 30 mins. Probably the least wait I've ever had to endure during my time seeing my past family doctors. The doctors and staff were very friendly and accommodating. They would answer all of your needs or concerns. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

They say they accept walkins but the doctor spends the entire time complaining about seeing you. If you don’t want new patients, then don’t bother having a walk in sign and accepting new patients. I’ve been there 2x now and your name is on my prescription so guess what dr I’m your patient get over it. He’s now been ignoring a refill request for a medication I’ve been on for 3 years that controls my blood pressure.
