I’ve come to CC twice since moving to Victoria and both times had a great experience. Staff are efficient, knowledgeable, and considerate. As with any other ICBC-approved shop, the wait times to get in are long to get in but I still highly recommend this shop!

I brought my 2010 Honda Civic in after a hit and run. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. The car looked amazing after! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and excellent communication is what you can expect.

I had collision damage repair to the front and rear of my Lexus. I was happy with the quality of work.After the vehicle was returned to me, however, I had some further minor issues that had to be addressed. Michael, the manager, was more than helpful and took care of those issues quickly and efficiently.

I received excellent service from the manager Filip, client service representative Trish and the rest of the staff. My car had a scuff on it's door, I thought it was a full paint scratch. Trish introduced me to Filip and he got to work right away sorting out the best repair options for me and diagnosing my door scuff. Filip instructed the detailing staff to fix my scuff and they were done in less than 1 hour. Great service, highly recommend Craftsman Collision's Bridge street location in Victoria for prompt and professional service.

Craftsman painted by car after some vandalism and they did an excellent job. My car is almost twenty years old and the paint matches very well. Not only that but they cleaned the car inside and out. I highly recommend craftsman collision to anyone with auto body needs!

The 10 day repair to my car took much longer than that and they didn't even properly fix the main reason for my visit which was to replace the glass in the passenger side mirror! Despite being assured I would be kept up date of the repair progress no one called me and every time I called I was put on hold for an extensive amount of time. When I went to collect my car I noticed a circular chunk of paint was missing on the side of the front bumper and there were dark swirl marks surrounding it (looked like a buffing machine had done the damage. Patrice denied it was their doing but we had taken pictures of the accident and the bumper was painted in this area. When I asked to see their pictures they claimed they no longer had them as the file had gone to ICBC. Now the car was back in the shop for a few more days! Once this was repaired I was told I could take my car home. I got in the car to adjust the repaired side mirror and the mechanism that controls the movement of the mirror did not work! Why wasn't this tested before releasing the car to me? So, I had to drive home without the use of my side mirror and return yet another time to get that issue resolved. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to the Bridge street location.

Had an excellent experience with Phil! My van had a minor bumper scuff and Phil worked with me to find the right repair option. It was a pretty minor scuff, so he offered to spot paint it for much much cheaper than taking the bumper off for spraying (which is what other shops were quoting me). Work was done within the hour. Super friendly and professional.

Fast, beautiful work... looks as if new! Photos of damage and repair included. And the courtesy car was top notch!
