From adobo karen to a grumpy old man, attendants here are pretty dramatic to work with. Their hospitality are non-existent.

Girl who worked at this post office is not friendly . She ingore me when I wanted to get insurance on my parcel or questions I have. Never going back here again.

I like using this Canada Post location. It is close. The staff are friendly and efficient. I do a lot of parcel shipping for my small business and I've never had any problems. Everything goes 2 day Expedited.

I have frequented this location many times with no issue. Until I had a problem. The manager of this location was utterly rude, dismissive and arrogant when I brought the problem up. They overcharged for a package and refused to even consider the possibility that they did. Phoned the 1-800 number (because she said she could not help me, even though she was the manager and according to the 1-800 person, the manager can issue credits) and they agreed that I was overcharged. Went back and challenged her on it and still she refused to consider it. Absolutely awful person and should be fired. Only regret: I kind of snapped and called her the B word as I was walking out. Product of extreme frustration. My bad. But that does not excuse her horrible manner.

I would suggest that bad reviews are people not happy within their own lives with nothing better to do than complain and blame about everyone else for their nasty disposition. I have used this location for years without a problem. fast / courteous service.

Its too bad I never have a good experience coming to this location. But I do wish the Filipina who works there a better existence. She is never happy when I see her, times are tough right now so I do have compassion, but she needs to leave her sourness at the door. It's very bad for business.

Should be no star at all. The lady at the Canada Post counter provides the worst customer service. Never friendly nor helpful. This is the closest to my house and I thought it would be convenient since I can just walk. But I keep forgetting that she is miserable and lazy. The one in Marlborough Mall has friendlier and more accommodating staff. Would rather drive there next time.

The worst customer service I experience is here when I have no time to goto another location. They waste your time further. This place should be shutdown immediately. That woman made me depressed leaving that place, not the first time, she will not give you the time of day

It was my first time to come in this location and I regretted it. She is so rude and not even telling me the tracking number of my package. She should have trained how to be friendly to the customer.
