Mike is a rockstar! What an absolute gem! I got 4 ear piercings and the whole experience was stellar. Clean and professional shop. He was friendly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Very impressed and happy with everything!

Bad company. Handing me around threw 3 different people to get a tattoo done. It was a small tattoo but I could hear it in the man's voice who answered the call. They were laughing at me. Then he sent me to someone on Instagram where they answered me very quickly but then ignored me after I told them what I wanted done.

I was really looking forward to getting a tattoo here. Laura’s reviews were great and her Instagram looked great.I tried to make an appointment with Laura.We were talking about two different days and I sent a message back to confirm the day. I never got an answer. The weekend before I sent a message confirming I actually had an appointment and called the studio and left a message. I never heard anything back from either so I did not go to the appointment that was not confirmed.A week later I get a message from Laura saying I no showed and that she “didn’t need to confirm, I’m busy”. Then finishes it off by saying that she had covid all that week and wasn’t even there.How could I have no showed to an appointment that 1) wasn’t confirmed and 2) she wasn’t even there for. I would have been at SO mad if I took a day off work and got there with no call that she was off sick that day.Terrible communication at this studio.

By far the most patient and knowledgeable staff. Mike our piercer was pleasant and professional! Had a great experience and won us over. Now our new spot! Thanks Mike!!

Marcus absolutely rocks any tattoos! He did amazing work on finishing my winnie the pooh piece and completely blew me away with the rework of my roses! I have nothing but great things to say about him and his work! i recommend him to everyone for tattoos.Everyone in the shop is so friendly and so easy to talk too! Love this place and will be back 100% for more work!

I went in to speak with Laura for a consult and appointment booking. Everyone was so nice and the studio was very clean. Great vibe in there! I can't wait for my appointment!

I got a helix and half helix piercing done with Mike. He was super friendly and helpful, answered all my questions, and thoroughly explained the aftercare. The price was the best I have found in the entire Niagara/Hamilton area. Artistic Impressions is 100% my new go to for my next piercing.
