We have NEVER had a bad experience.. .and we go often. We love the atmosphere. Laurie helps the girls and we love to hear her laugh when we are in. Between Jenn B., Jen P., Rhonda and Erin they always know us and seat us quickly. It is like visiting family when we come in and we never get a bad meal. Steaks are done perfectly, chicken wings are hot and saucy, salads always have extra crisp...what can we say? Great food, welcoming atmosphere, it is better than eating at home!!!

Came in to a nice restaurant, Jennifer B was our server. Very attentive to our every need. Offered Drinks and apps. Once our food came checked back on us several times and even offered to doing happy birthday to our daughter for her birthday! Thank you for making our experience memorable!! We will be back!

We recently went back because I heard there was new staff and was better overall. It sure didn't disappoint. Drinks were great, husbands beer was ice cold and food was delightful. Jenn B took great care of us and we'll definitely be back! Great improvements!!!

The food offered good sized portions, and the prices were fair. It took a little longer than usual to get our food but the $4 beer passed some time. The burgers were good (they do have a special taste to them) but the mashed potatoes were not great. Overall, we did enjoy this place… and you can tell from my pics the food wasn’t wasted (except some of the mash).Chuck’s is known to charge a 3% honesty fee on top of the bill which is sort of an unexpected charge (don’t know why they wouldn’t just add it into the food and drink price. Staff and service was great (due to the lettuce shortage there were no salads available which was sort of a bummer).Angus is a nice little town.

We hadnt been back here since it first opened. We waited quite awhile to be seated despite there being many open tables inside and out. The waitress was friendly. The food was blah. I had steak and paid extra for bake potato. The steak was under cooked and raw despite asking for medium well. The corn on the cob was mush and my baked potato was hard and cold and tasted like it was cooked days ago and reheated. My husband had steak and lobster and fries. His steak was also undercooked and the lobster was hard and rubbery and his fries were cold. We waited over half an hour for the meal . For the 80 dollars we spent I honestly would have had a better meal at Harvey’s. We wont go back.

The food is fine.The service is below standard, twice when asked a question the waitress just walked away from our table rather than answer. And yes, despite the loud atmosphere she heard the question. Poor service definitely impacts the dining experience.

Jenn B is absolutely the best server I've ever had. She made my experience so much better- she's funny, friendly and she totally anticipated what I would like and want next. I'm from Toronto and she made the drive worth it. I'll definitely be back!

Feel sorry for the staff. There are not enough servers and cooks for the volume of diners when we went. To be fair, a larger than expected group did appear. Long wait time to order and receive our meal which was barely warm. It tasted good but preferably hot food. When we advised our server, she did take the cost of one meal off. They should figure a comfortable ratio and limit if necessary the number of diners at any one time. We hope they can find a good balance.

The restaurant wasn't very busy the server was nice the place was clean and the food was pretty good. The one thing that bothered me about my visit was that one of my friends wanted their chicken wings coated in Hot-Honey which isn't a sauce they serve my friend asked if they could take the hot sauce and the honey garlic sauce and combine them in the tossing bowl and that he would happily pay for the extra sauce the server told use again they don't have hot-honey as a flavor we asked if they could ask the kitchen if it would be a big deal as we didn't see why it was an issue the server went to the kitchen and then the manager came to the table to inform us the kitchen would not be putting honey garlic and hot sauce on the wings that they don't do that there and when my friend said they had got it before at Chuck's roadhouse and that was all they did was charge an extra sauce and tossed them all together in the bowl. The manager had turned and started walking away from our table at this point she stopped and turned back to say well they shouldn't haveI was a little blown away like wow where has the customer service gone these days nobody cares At all it's just come give me money and don't forget to tip.I understand not taking some extravagant customer request but I literally ordered my wings with hot sauce and honey garlic sauce separate on the side and I paid for an extra sauce the only step missing was tossing it in a bowl for that reason I lost a lot of respect for the restaurant and their lack of customer service

Was here for a course party, our server was Dylan. Dylan did a phenomenal job making us feel welcome and keeping on top of our large group with many different orders. Food was great!
