After first delivering a package to the wrong address, when it finally made it to our house the UPS driver drove through our internet and phone like, ripping it down and leaving us without this service. They also didn't feel the need to let us know but rather drove across our neighbours property dragging the line with them. It would be nice to speak to a live person but there's no option in the phone system for customer service.

The man who was working Wed. Sept. 21 (today at noon) was soooo friendly and kind. He was helping multiple people at once and was just a pleasure to deal with. Thank you kind Sir! We need more people like you in customer service:)

Would 100% recommend working alongside Danielle for any invitation print outs or anything crafty . She was extremely helpful and made sure my end product was as I envisioned. The staff overall were genuinely there to help you. :)

The WORST service ever!!! They attempted to deliver a package and did not leave a pickup receipt. I went to the location to pickup the order, and then was told that the order was out for delivery. I did not receive the delivery. then I called the location again requesting the status of my delivery, the UPS representative told me to call Customer Service even without looking into the issue by requesting the tracking number. They made no attempt to deliver/resolve the issue, and instead sent me an insane chase to track my own package. Horrible and lazy customer service! Do NOT use this location.

Reliable fast service ! Got OCI passport photos sized and printed from digital copies in no time, unlike several other places where they refused to print the photo unless you get it snapped at their studio itself. The staff is courteous and friendly.

I got a very good service at this place.. I went there to send my stuff to States and the service was very quick. I thought it would be long process but the guys made it quick and efficient… highly recommended

Conveniently located on Main Street in Milton.This maybe good for other services like courier, photocopying, mailng, rent mailbox and printing but photo and printing services urgent or regular are expensive.

The worst customer service ever. I have been going to the one inside Walmart on Steeles but was in a hurry today and had to go to this one on Main. No compassion at all. I will always give myself enough time and go to the Steeles location. Be sure to take your measuring tape when you’re going there. I ended up going back to Steeles, to print the same documents on the same kind of paper and also larger. It ended costing me less. They are definitely a rip off.
