Super rude manager.. understaffed and made me wait 10 minutes in line unnecessarily and then was completely arrogant. Would not answer any of my questions.. just kept saying search online..never going back to this location..

Avoid this store, it is nothing less than a scam. I had the worst experience dealing with this store today, especially the sales lady who was too rude to deal with. I had bought a pearl necklace today for my wife as a surprise gift and later within 5-10 minutes when I changed my mind to go for the exchange or refund, her approach was different. Also, initially, she told me that the pearl necklace that I bought was all genuine pearl and she would give me a certificate of authenticity but later she refused. Please note: I had agreed to buy with a condition that I should be able to do an exchange if my wife does not like it on her birthday which is just over 15 days days from today, within the minutes from the purchase time she said she won't allow for the exchange after this. Beware she will promise anything for you to pay/buy, but once paid everything will be different because the receipt says no refund, even if you are still in the store or the mall. Anyways I have already reported to the Bramalea Management, will wait for few days for the actions, if I am not called back for my refund I will post it on all social media against them and also will complaint about this to BBB (business bureau) too.

The owner Lee is so dishonest and rude! She gives no countability to her workers for giving misleading information. I bought a pair of earrings there, the worker told me there is a 14 days exchange policy. I asked several times to be sure. I went for an exchange on day four from my purchase date, and Lee (the owner) was there and said I can't get an exchange or credit note. When I tried to explain to her what the worker told me she said if I don't leave she will call security. This store I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THEM!! I honestly think giving them one star is too much more like zero stars would describe Swarovski by Elegant Goldsmiths

All of the employees are rude. They don't take accountability of their work. Always try to slip from their words. Don't waste money here.

Lady was so rude came to fix my thing which is under warranty. She says its not under warranty

Won't even give one star, the lady there acts like she doesn't need any business. The moment we walked into the store she completely ignored us and acted annoyed, we said hi to her nd she didn't care to respond back , then we asked her about the product she acted like she's doing a favour by just pointing from far and Didn't even care to move to the place . She continued doing her own counting and stuff and when we called her to take out the product so that we can try she gave us strange look she acted like we can't buy the thing or may be it's out of our price range. Someone need to show this lady the customer service and how to be polite to customers. Very bad service.

The asian lady that works there is too rude and is ignorant towards people we walked in and she didn’t even bother to greet us. We were looking for tennis necklace and when we asked her about the necklace she said “ it’s out of our price range we won’t be able to buy it.” Extremely racist lady. We won’t come back to this store ever. No wonder why nobody’s buying anything from there. Owner should fire that lady.

This place is a complete rip off. My wife bought a earring in this place for 79$ plus tax and gifted to me. Within a day one of the stone fall off and when we brought it back to the same location and they said crown is missing and they can’t refund. I checked the other stud and it was also having 3 crown and she said that’s also broken. So they can’t help, when I thought of filing a complaint. She said that she is the manager and nothing can be done. I was completely disappointed. Please let me know how to proceed from here.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. She only told us after buying the earrings that there were no returns or exchanges since this store isn’t part of the real Swarovski store. Whatever you do DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. She seems nice but she scammed us. The owner is so rude and absolutely dishonest.
