Who answers their business phone when the business is closed? I called this bowling alley to ask if they had 10 pin, he answered the phone and said that they only have 5 pin, so I said thank you and we drove their to play 5 pin (25 minute drive). We arrive and the open sign isn’t lit and it says “sorry we’re closed” so we go try to open the door and it’s locked. We call again, he answers AGAIN, and we tell him that we are there and that it’s locked and he tells us “well yea, we’re closed until September” as if I should just automatically know that? I told him we drove all the way there to play and I even called earlier. His response was “Are you the person that called about 10 pin? I answered your question” Are you kidding me? I expressed that I was upset about the matter and he could not care less! Who answers their business’s phone when they’re closed? Any other business it would just go to a voice mail that says they’re closed… answering the phone obviously made us assume that they were open. But no, silly us for thinking that! But he doesn’t care. 10/10 would not recommend. Hours are also not anywhere to be found online or the mere fact that they’re closed until September to begin with. But no, we should've just known, for sure. Azilda White Water was great though.

Kids had fun at the birthday party. There could have been some music or something to help make the environment more upbeat. It's a bit dark and the vibe needed a little brightening up. The kids had drinks and hogdogs. I personally don't fully agree with the no outside food or drink" though

Like others mentioned in their reviews, the owner has Horrible!!! manners. You feel like an inconvenience every second you are there. If he wasn't the only bowling alley in the valley he would be out of business in a heartbeat. I've been there many times and every single time he is grumpy,.... Grumpy actually doesn't begin to explain his mood. So if you can get passed his horrible horrible hospitality and you have absolutely no other choice but to go to his bowling alley... You might have fun. Try and bring everything you need otherwise you will bother the owner by asking him for anything.

Considering the age of the establishment. It's very clean. Well maintained. And the new owners are very nice. Totally personable. And the atmosphere is very family oriented. But after a certain time the grown ups can have fun grown up style.

Bowling was fun.We went has a family of 9 adults and teenagers. We where rushed for the shoes.Didn't feel welcomed and didn't feel wanted.It was has if we where bordering the worker.We should have just walked right out.People skills need to be reviewed. The informations past to customers needs to be from a kind and positive way.

Just had a 40th bday party for my sister there. We had a blast. The place is clean and the owners were very accommodating.For the ppl that complained in the reviews about the boots on the carpet, it's a safety thing. It's not difficult to respect someones business. The owner may be a little rough around the edges but is actually very nice and his wife was beyond sweet and friendly. They asked non stop if we needed anything and when I forgot bowls for the chips she brought me some. Not once did we feel unwelcomed.Anyways, we enjoyed ourselves so much we plan on doing a yearly family party there. Having the upper area to set up food was such a bonus and it was decorated so nicely. You can tell they put a lot of effort making the place look nice.I can not thank them enough for helping us make my sister's bday so much fun. I look forward to planing more events there.Thank you both. Natalie Belanger

Love this bowling alley. Cold beer. Clean and professional. Juke box. Awesome staff. All they'd need is to add a couple tvs to watch the Leafs win the cup and I wouldn't need to leave.

Won’t go again.Went yesterday to play a few games to celebrate a birthday. We were served by the owner who made my group of friends and I feel like we were disturbing him from his otherwise empty establishment.Owner huffed and puffed over me and one other friend stepping on his inside carpet with our boots.Further he aired his frustration when two extra friends showed up to join us.no music (radio or otherwise), however you can pump more money into the juke box if you don’t feel like hearing the episode of COPS that the owner is watching.I think this business could make more money if the owner made an effort to have a friendly conversation with the people giving him their hard earned, played a little music and don’t get upset when your PAYING customer stands in the wrong spot with their winter boots.
