I went and got a fill while my friend got a full set. All I did was change the colour/design and my friend got basically a different colour/design on each nail. When we arrived at the cash, the ladies charged us the same amount. I asked them before I paid, and they said it cost more for the length I had and changing the shape, meanwhile I didn’t even change the shape. Aside from this situation, they were also being extremely aggressive with doing our nails. Our nails should NOT have cost the same.

Lily Nail is hit-and-miss. Having come here about 6-7 different times, the cons outweigh the pros: overpriced compared to other salons of the same calibre that I have visited, a lot of “do you want to get X instead because it’s better for your nails” with no mention of price unless you press or find out at the cash, pushiness of certain staff (“pick a colour” followed by “here do this colour or this colour” even if they are clearly not ones I have pointed to on the samples), and generally staff just don’t seem to care about anything except upselling. There are maybe 2-3 strong staff there who listen and are gentle with your nails and are pleasant - the rest are nothing special. The pro is that they will take walk-ins pretty much whenever. Come here if you know exactly what you want and can push back against pushiness, and I suggest noting down the name of a staff member you liked so that you can set appointments continuously do your nails with them.

I used to love this place but the past couple times have been very disappointing. I got a shellac manicure today and when she was removing my old nail polish she just seemed to be trying to get it off as quickly as possible. My finger nails were burning while she used her electric tool and then she never let them soak in acetone, she just kept drilling away at it and it was very painful. I told her it hurt and she just said I had thin/weak nails, but I know that’s not true cause I had only put the shellac on 2 weeks ago. She also seemed to skip a couple steps throughout the manicure and left my cuticles looking a bit rough. For $75 I would expect a MUCH more thorough job.

I used to bite my nails very badly. I started getting clear bio-gel on my nails and it was strong enough I was able to completely break the habit. I went from plain clear to more fancy designs and absolutely LOVE the service here. Julie always does a great job!!

Really impressed with my nails and design by Cherry. She fixed my nails after they didn't set properly. No charge for this. She is very personable and gave me some tips to help strengthen my nails!I will be back to see her in 3 weeks :). Thanks so much Cherry!

I’ve only been here twice now but both times have been incredible. The staff is super friendly and it’s a great environment. The quality is amazing and I will be making this my new spot for manicures.

I have been going to Lily‘s for a few years now. I go regular for a manicure and a pedicure. The service is great. Even if I come as a walk-in I’m excepted right away and fit in right away and my service begins. And I always love the way my fingernails and toenails look afterwards. The massaging of the feet and the legs during the pedicure is just wonderful. I like the staff and have gotten to know them over the years and we often have nice conversations during the service.

I went to a nail shop close to my house without much expectation, and it made my nails pretty.!Thanks~
