Dining room closed. Only drive through open. McDonalds should have traffic control when only the drive through is open. Some very rude drivers cutting off other drivers at the entrance. Do something McDonalds don’t just pass the buck by saying it is not your responsibility.

I came in a few weeks ago attempting to order 26 McChickens and 14 diet cokes. I was disrespectfully turned away and told I'd need to wait". Terrible service. This was in 2016."

Probably one of the worst McDonald's I've been too.I don't go to many, but every time I go to this one and order a burger they get it wrong.Onions are super gross for me and I won't eat it with them. They consistently take the PICKLES off and leave the Onions on. I get its a simple mistake, but almost every time this happens.

I came to this Mcdonalds last week, never having been to it before. I’ve only had mcdonald’s a few times so I was not too sure what to order. However, as i came in i was welcomed by “Will” he’s a tall teenager with curly hair and he helped me choose what to eat while being very kind and helpful. It is extra hard as i am a vegan but he did his best to meet my dietary needs. Great experience, he deserves to be recognized for this!

Brockville Ontario. The service and food was great but the McDonald’s was so dirty and messy. We couldn’t go into the play area to eat because of the mess. Found one sort of clean area for the 7Of us to eat.

Old hag at the window screamed at me for making an error. Very rude. “That’s what I asked you the first time”. Unbelievable.Part 2 a few months later:I was here and got the wrong food at the window. No worries I told the kid at the window and he asked the manager “Toby” for help. He refused to help and was asking how it happend and wasn’t helping the kid out. I felt bad. What a bad co worker

UPDATE - This has gotten a lot better in the last couple of weeks. I haven't seen the long lines anymore, and we have started dealing with them again.Good work and thanks!‐---------------Every time I go to this store recently, they have the restaurant closed with only the drive though open and a big lineup.It has gotten bad enough that we no longer go there for dinner, as it just takes too long to get anything - 45 minutes and more in line and waiting.

Generally good and fast service. Big Mac is good. Fries crispy and hot. They gave us grilled onion on burger free of charge when asked. However the cheese on the angus burger is stale and hardened looking orangy. What IS that? I have attached a picture. Really gross.

Waited nearly 15 minutes for a happy meal and a 10 pc chicken meal. Two people were served before me in the dining room and countless others in the drive thru. Terrible service and the place wasn’t the cleanest. I should’ve stopped at an actual restaurant and probably would’ve gotten warmer food and better service. Do not recommend.
