Hello; I would like to say that i have been dealing with Sure-Fix for a very long time, They are very professional, quick and quality workmanship. Both Kim and Joann on the front desk are just Awesome!!! They are the best at what they do. When you have a problem they set you at ease knowing they will get you the help you need. Charged my business 256$ to come and tell me that the dishwashers need $1000 worth of work, only for another company to tell me they need new fluid tubes for 200$ .. dishwashers work perfect now. Avoid

working for repair my walking fridge about 3.5 hour and didn't fix anything. tell me it's not worth to fix it. that have to change new unit. I am wondering before you start to repair it, do you need to check what's wrong with that? after 3.5hour, you tell me have to change new unit,why not in the beginning. charge me 536 dollars for nothing， so unprofessional. won't ask them any service again. don't recommend anyone else. also wait for a week for the new unit price, no one call me yet. anyway I changed another company, no need anymore.

My Company was looking to replace a Freezer that was no longer working. I contacted Kim Bolibruck about some pricing. She was amazing she not only gave me a quote ( was able to give me 4 different price options ), she also followed up to make sure I received the quote and was ok with everything. We do use this company to repair all of our needs and have always had great service.

The guts of our kitchen sink was a mess and leaking since we purchased our house. Brad's team came in and fixed everything with no more leaks and looks much cleaner. They even followed up with a text a few days later to make sure everything was still working in order, that was unexpected and was very grateful that they followed up on their work. I would recommend anyone for their plumbing needs to Sure-Fix.
