My Kenmore vacuum cleaner Powerhead, which I have used for many years, was damaged for two years. I was helpless and didn’t know where to repair it. I found Vacworks on the Internet two weeks ago. Thank you, Lorne, for the professional diagnosis of my vacuum cleaner at a reasonable price. His service was first class, he was professional and friendly and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. His service was also very fast; I got my appliances back the next day. He not only repaired the damaged parts, but also exceeded my expectations and cleaned the inside and outside of the powerhead, as if it was brand new. Thanks again Lorne for your help. I would sure recommend you to everyone.

I needed service on a very old central vacuum part. I walked in with it and it was done immediately and efficiently. Friendly and not pushy. Glad to have such a good repair shop in my neighborhood.

I wish I had more stars to give. This company has been amazing to work with - respond promptly, gave great advice, use text to communicate for efficient response times, presented all possible options and outcomes, weren’t pushy sales people. I didn’t pay for a service call possibly because I am so close by (5 mins away). The installer was professional and courteous as were all the other people I interacted with. Can’t say enough nice things about this team of people! Literally over night service - I could go on and on :). Highly recommend them!

I couldn't ask for better service. I walked in with a problem on my BEAM Rugmaster, and while I waited, the vacuum was serviced and repaired. It was not only repaired but cleaned and serviced at no cost. Bushes , belt was taken apart, checked, and serviced. I couldn't ask for anything better. Even if I tried, I couldn't find anything negative to say. Photo of what I came in for is shown. Great location, excellent service, knowledgeable staff, adequate convenient parking, and smiles and friendly conversation are free. Thanks Vacworks, you're the best.

Great service, Kyle is professional , answered all my questions, was very thorough and was able to install next day himself! Just a really good guy who didn’t rush things or try to push extra products, left the place clean. His prices are reasonable and most importantly I thought he was knowledgeable and trustworthy. Definitely recommend this place.

Exceptional Care from the first contact I made. Super sweet receptionist, Marlene, referred me to Lorne & Kyle who took quick initiative in troubleshooting the problems with my current central vac system. While I had called to purchase another system, they recommended that a complimentary home visit be made to assess the problem and within 3 hours !!! they were there at our home - kindly corrected the issue without the expense of a new system. Truly an amazing, exceptional family owned business that operates with integrity to the highest level, truly a hidden gem worthy of praise & our support!
