Very disappointed with the level of service, to the point where I feel my legal rights were abridged.Granted, they were the selling agent and I did not have my own, but they are supposed to represent me as well, they do get paid extra points for it. Many documents I asked for were not provided, things I mentioned in emails that were conditions of the sale were ignored until closing day, when I insisted, and even then were not completely addressed. I was given wrong information about the need for a certificate of location before closing, which my notary thankfully insisted on.The certificate was supposed to be delivered on the 5th, with the closing on the 7th. I voiced my concerns many times over not having enough time to review the document. By 6pm October 5th I had not heard from Tania or Lyn, one way or the other.Tania in particular was dismissive and bullying in her emails and phone calls, which did not exactly help address my concerns about buying a property in a ZIS zone. And then after the close, not even a call, email or text to check on things.Not someone I would recommend to a friend, and particularly not to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent they can trust to take care of their concerns and make them feel comfortable with the biggest transaction of their lives.

Following our 25 year absence from from the Hudson area, Tania helped us reconnect with this lovely area, by helping us find the perfect house 2 minutes from downtown. She was always available whenever we had concerns or questions. Buying houses is a stressful endeavor, but Tania lowered the stress greatly with her extensive knowledge, great attitude, smile and most of all love of animals :) Ray Williams and Carole Taylor

An old friend living in Hudson recommended that I call Tania when I returned to Quebec to take care of my parents. I had very little knowledge of this hamlet when I arrived but thankfully I had Tania to help. She took me to many properties and within 5 days I had a Hudson home. Spring forward 2 years and it was time to return to the west coast. Again I called Tania. She took charge immediately and with Lyne 's help our home was sold in days.
