Incredible service, ended up getting my car started by the time James arrived and he still followed me to ensure i was safe with no more break down. Would not take money due to no tow. So caring.

Do tow truck drivers employed by 3D towing understand parking violations?Noticed a flatbed parked in a marked fire route 4 days straight 24/7.

Came quickly especially with it being a busy Saturday mid afternoon. I didn't catch the name but he was very polite and directed us back to our vehicle safely as we were still on the off ramp. Brought the vehicle to the location we asked. Very happy with service. Thank you so much!

We called lucky towing to tow my gf's van after the ground for the alternator broke and the battery died at about 7ish, after waiting for 5 and a half hours and many calles to lucky towing, a tow truck from 3D towing services showed up just after midnight, the driver from 3D towing said that they just got the call from a nother company (lucky towing).If lucky towing was that busy they should have just been honest and said it will be hours before they could come, instead they would tell us that the truck will be there less then an hour, after an hour we would have just cancelled the call and called someone else, but they already took the money card and was going to charge us a cancellation fee of %50 to %100 of the service call...If it wasn't for 3D towing services I would still be stuck out in the middle of nowhere waiting for lucky towing in a dead car with no heat in below 0c temperatures,Do yourself a favour and stay away from lucky towing and just call 3D Towing services, the driver was very nice and listened to me complain about lucky towing, I will recommend 3D towing services to my friends5 stars all the way.....

Amazing work! Client centred, respectful, patient and qualified. This was the second third party that the road assistance sent the help me because the first one couldn’t do the job. Alex came for 3D and nailed it. Very nice staff!

I had a tow from Ron at 3D and couldn't be happier with the service. The car was in a live line and was in a really bad position to get on the truck. He was careful, cautious, courteous and slowly but surely got the car up on the truck and safely to the shop. What a pro. He took care of the car, of me and was always wary of the cars around to be as safe as possible. Thanks Ron and 3D. You would be in very good hands if they show up to tow your vehicle.

got into a bad accident today & james was there from the jump. he was super supportive throughout the entire process, made sure i was okay as well as helped me with everything i needed. definitely recommend!! :) thank you so much james !!

The only part of my experience with this company that was ok was dealing with the actual tow guy Brandon. He was very helpful. Sylvia was not helpful and very rude! We as people know that sometimes situations can be trying and she made it much worse. As a business owner myself I would never want an employee such as her that makes things difficult for the customers. #veryirritated!

I had a flat tire and the driver (Dylan) who changed my tire did a great job! He arrived quickly, did the work well, and was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I was stuck on the side of the 403 for at least a hour at 12am unable to get a tow until I got a hold of Tony of 3D Towing Services, he was very fast to arrive, pleasant to talk to and very affordable especially compared to other company's that wanted close to double what Tony charged (most likely they seen an easy target) But luckily I found 3D towing and Tony id say the honest end of the tow business. And to top everything my taxi arrived as we got to the garage and he offered to unload the truck by himself and drop off the keys in the shop. Thank you again for making a bad day into a good one again!-Mike
