Elite Dog Training

River (and his humans) are really enjoying his lessons at Elite Dog Training. They provide you with a book so that you can refer back to it as you practice through the week.

This team was suggested to us by two of my neighbors. When I got my puppy she was a savage biter. She is calm and collected. Walking her is amazing.Cheryl and her team really helped me understand how to train and create a great bond with my girl.We did the puppy class and are just finishing level 1, we will definitely be signing up for more training

Elite Dog Training provides a wonderful training environment. I have taken dog training in other cities but have to say that Elite Dog Training is one of the best and most positive training experiences both for me and my dog. The instructions are so clear and easy to follow, and the progression so logical. Cheryl and her team not only help you to instill confidence in your dog, but they help develop your own confidence as well. And the best part, it's fun. I looked forward to attending every week – and I’m sure Ziggy did too.

I first heard about Elite Dog Training from a friend up north. Coincidentally, the training facility was in my home town. From the day we (Ed and I) walked into the facility, we were greeted warmly. I am so pleased at Ed's growth and discipline as a result of the specific training and skill level of the trainers with whom we work. We both appreciate the training techniques that focus on positive reinforcement, consistency and her ability to differentiate for the needs of different dogs. The feedback is always immediate and relevant to our task. Cheryl and her staff have been so supportive and encouraging in helping us reach our goals. I'm so proud of Ed's accomplishments, his manners, and the compliments I receive on his behaviour as a result of the experiences we've had with Cheryl. I highly recommend this facility to anyone dedicated to learning alongside their furry family member and gaining life long skills.

I have been taking my dog to elite dog training since November 2020. The dedication and knowledge towards dog training is amazing, Cheryl and her entire team are fantastic at helping with all your dog training needs. Through Covid there have been many challenges and obstacles, Cheryl and her team have done their absolute best to make the environment safe, Sanitary and still keep the fun in the dog training. I would highly recommend elite dog training to anybody that is looking for a great experience and not only a well behaved dog but also most importantly bonding with your dog. We have to remember that a dog will only be as well trained as the time that you put in, not only in class but at home as well.

I couldn't be happier after a 1 on 1 session with my 15 month old bulldog Hank to figure out how to get him to listen better, and to help with leash reactivity. I wish I had gone in sooner! Cheryl and Ali did a great job helping me to learn to better communicate with Hank, and showing me how and when to correct to get the right behaviours. I'm already seeing an improvement, and am sure with continued work it will only get better! Their method makes total sense, and has been easy to implement. Would highly recommend!! Thank you!

Cheryl is a fantastic trainer and her team. I've never done dog training before and Elite training taught us alot! Our dog Levi has obedience, confidence and listens and is still learning along with us. He looks forward to his classes. We are now in obstacles two and will continue because it teaches control, confidence and we have fun! Thank you Cheryl and team for all you do for all of us dog lovers!

This training facility is amazing. My dog has come so far in her abilities since she was 10 weeks old when we started peewee class. We are now almost done level one and I can't wait to continue with more challenging skills in level 2.

We love Elite Dog Training! The instructors are all super knowledgeable and kind. They really want you and your dog to learn and become better! Would recommend anyone looking for a trainer to contact them!

I’m so impressed with Elite. Cheryl is a true dog whisper and her team is amazing! They went above and beyond to help train my dog, even before and after class. My dogs confidence has improved dramatically since the level one training course.What I’m impressed with the most is that I can now walk my pup in a public space with no issues, thanks to the team fitting her on a gentle leader.
