Forget about going to Ste Anne’s or Elmwood spa, this place is the bomb! Therapist were amazing. We had Coco Ivy, and it was one of the best massages we’ve ever had!

I recently tried the essential oil massage and hydro C facial treatment and it was truly a wonderful experience. It’s pristine here and I like that there are showers.The massage therapist used an entire bottle of oil for the massage and my favourite part was when she zipped me up in the heated blanket for the head massage.The hydro C facial was a treat for my skin. The face, neck, shoulder and head massage was so good and I left with glowing skin! It was a session that felt luxurious and truly pampered!Overall, the treatments were a perfect combination of relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing. I highly recommend the facial! I’ll definitely be back again!

Second visit was ok. It seems I didn’t get the person (coco) although I request her specifically.. The girl good but I left not as satisfied as the first visit. I would have booked as another visit but not sure.

Great massage, very clean and calming and masseuse use just the right amount of pressure. Will be back for sure!

Showed up for an one hour massage at 3:30 and waited almost 40 minutes for the massage to start. When we arrived they were clearly disorganized on who was available to do the massage as they were speaking in Chinese thinking we didn’t understand.. would have appreciated if they could have told us in advance if they did not have anyone available but they didn’t. The funny thing was that the massage started almost at 4:10 and ended on the dot at 5. Customer service was quite poor… Management needs to get their act together as it turned what could have been a good experience into one where I’ll never visit again.

Really bad customer service experience today! Not even worth this 1 star. Waited for 30min to have massage, ruined the night!Booked 90min session for 2 ppl at 9:30pm, been told masseuses need another 15min, front desk also asked us reduce time to 60min. Well it’s okay. Don’t want to hold masseuses time off. Agreed. Brought one of us (body massage) into room first at around 9:35pm. Then around 9:40pm, my partner into the foot massage room.Both NO ONE comes until 10pm. The foot steeping water even becomes cold!Would be acceptable if the front desk call in advance to be late AND tell us the truth 30mins needed in the beginning AND at least to let us know it takes another 15min.Feels disappointed with the management team as read other client had the same experience already!

We had a great experience at ori spa! The facilities were clean and staff were friendly. We tried the sea c facial and the staff walked us through all the different steps and continued to check in to see if we were feeling any discomfort during the process. We’ll be back for their massage treatments next!

Very clean and new - massage was perfect. Going to bring the wife next time!
