[Part 1, Jan. 18/21] Argh! Rogers has now officially provided me with the worst customer service experience in recent memory. Was watching ‘nucks hockey game via NHL app. Was not great last year -kept buffering, pausing-figured I’d renew and assumed they would have fixed it. Nope. Fourth game I’ve watched and still like this, getting worse each time. Checked forums. Yup, still an issue. Went onto live chat. Waited. Waited. 5 mins...10...15. So more like “semi-conscious” chat. V finally popped and asked a couple of questions, I explained history, V asked “does buffering occur on phone”, as if that line of questioning might help, but I play along...swipe to check, lose chat, try again, wait 5, 10 mins, give up...and call the phone number...several tries and 10 mins later get human help...but he can’t address issue so transfers me somewhere...waiting, 5, 10, 15, 20 mins, finally get human help again...R asks me a few questions, “Sorry, I can’t help you, must transfer you...” and I lose it! I ask to be transferred to customer loyalty as am this close to cancelling app and Rogers mobile account...am transferred...then get “You’ve reached customer loyalty. Please call back during work hours...”. And start laughing hysterically. I’ve been a Rogers customer for several years. This uncoordinated, frustrating, uninspiring effort leaves me thinking it is time to move to another provider who wants my business, cares about my experience, and cares enough about their platforms and systems to make them better each year. Not worse. Anyone else have a similar experience with this app and Rogers “customer service”? #Rogersfail #RogersNHLfail

I have been with Rogers for probably 20 years or so,never really had a problem.Now I do! I'm on the contract with up front edge(never go for this option,even Rogers employee confirmed that) , life changed a bit and I will be leaving country for sometime.I can't keep their service so I wanted to return (early) a phone.I called them a few times,was adviced to bring the phone to the store and upon return I will be charged for reminder of my phone financing.I'm fine with it but when I went to do that they asked me to pay not only the remaining finance balance but also amount of up front edge! Crazy-I want to give them phone back now instead of sometimes next year,pay the balance of financing (if I returned a phone after contract id done, it would cost me nothing).They forcing me to keep the phone but I don't need it .They can have a phone,remaining finance balance (which is $110 more than i would pay over the time because of some discount I got).They don' want that and what is the most dissapointing-they don't care! I was planning to get back to Rogers upon my return but guess what-I WILL NOT!!!!Stay away from that company they don't help and everyone is hiding behind policies.HAVE A HEART ROGERS CO.
