It's the best crispy fried chicken-our family's favourite. The special Thursday chicken is such a hit for us. I buy every Thursday for the chicken special.The meat is really good and not dry, the crispiness is excellent and the size is fantastic- not smal. Good value for money I should say.Customer service is great, very friendly and efficient! I could understand that sometimes the store is very busy with lots of customers and I dont mind to wait a couple of minutes to get a freshly cooked popeye chicken for dinner!

I ordered this food off Uber, got a chicken sandwich platter. The Mac n cheese and poutine were okay, but the middle of my chicken sandwich was raw. I don’t normally leave reviews even for this kind of thing, but they left a note inside the bag asking for a good review. Don’t beg for reviews if you can’t provide good food… ridiculous

Late after concert went here. Front Server was extremely very efficient knew her menus like the back of her hand easily read out what was in each dish. Asked if you wanted condiments. Gave her tip! Got two meals Chicken strips combos. Was a busy place.

Service is good at the counter - the girl was friendly and helpful. but the chicken tasted old and smelled rancid, when I got it and went into the car my friends both made the same comment that it smelled bad. I ended up peeling all the skin off.
