Big fan of Doug but that's about it. You lose an hour waiting for the union yard to get you out of there. I just finished phoning there 6 times to get current prices on a couple rough cedar products. Poor girl on the phone! No one at sales took my call. She then tried to get me someone else" and that led to voice mail. I only go here if absolutely necessary. Standard is so much better."

Very bad experience we had there, they sales bad quality products, price much higher than home depot, more than 30 minuts line up to get the items, they sale leftover items, no option to choose , never ever go there again

Wow. If you ever need anything come here. I dealt primarily with Dave and Ian and their help as amazing. Top notch. Doubt you can find better representatives for a company. Ordered wood for my pergola. Didn't fit was immediately replaced. Other questions that I had, immediately addressed and solutions offered. Wow. Top notch. Well done

Good place good product selection, but theey sure take their time inside and you need to wait for bus boy outside forever. What would be 10min stop at home depo is 1 to 1.5hr stop at this place, hate coming there because of that other then that its good

Knowledgeable and helpful staff! They help with the purchase optimal sizes to reduce off-cut waste, especially useful with millwork. I had a large load of dimensional lumber on my SUV. The fellow helping me said,” String won’t be enough. Go inside a buy ratchets to hold it down.” He was absolutely right, got home without any worries.

Feels like a mom and pop shop, but have everything you need. I'm running a multi million dollar job, and I use these guys as my main supplier. The people behind the contractor desk are fantastic.
