Working with Jim was an absolute pleasure!. He was responsive, respectful and truly listened to our needs. We were impressed with his level of knowledge and expertise as well as the attention to detail he provided during the initial consultation and subsequent installation. He went out of his way to make sure the custom shower door and hardware were exactly as we envisioned . We’d highly recommend him and his team at Prestige Glass.

Jim & team did a fantastic job of installing our custom glass shower, and I would highly recommend him. Jim was very professional, and prompt every step of the way from the first phone call to the time of the installation. The results look great and are better than I could have anticipated. Jim is the best designer and installer of glass bathroom enclosure in Ottawa. We are very lucky to have Jim designed and installed our glass bathtub door last May 2017. It is beautifully done and is exactly what we visualized. We fully recommend Jim and Prestige glass and will call on him again whenever we have any kind of glass project. I purchased some custom shower glass from Prestige last month. The product came in on time and at a great price. What really really impressed me was Jim's willingness to work with me and go the extra mile to ensure I would be able to successfully install the glass as a DIYer. Jim walked me through all the steps of installation and even provided me with a few extra pieces that would make my life easier. Basically, what sets this company apart is the personal and professional service they provide.

Ten years ago we purchased a glass shower door from Prestige Glass and were very satisfied with it. This is our second time ordering a shower door from Jim at Prestige glass. He is not only knowledgeable and professional; he was more reasonably- priced than any of the other quotes we got from larger operations. We are extremely satisfied with his recent work.

Jim did a phenomenal job on two of our showers. He uses top quality materials and he charges a very fair price for his work. His attention to detail and work ethic is outstanding not to mention his expertise and professionalism stood out immediately. I would recommend him without hesitation !

We used Prestige Glass for our new home and have been really happy with the results... Jim & Team did our custom glass shower, we were extremely satisfied with the product and customer service provided, So we also hired them to do all mirrors in the house.It was a great experience - Jim is very reliable, dependable and his attention to details... He gave us some great pointers on how to do some simple things to make the house look good.We would highly recommend Prestige Glass for any Glass / Mirrors job.Give Jim a call and you wont be disappointed.

We just had Jim install a frameless shower door and side panel. He did a terrific job! I was a little nervous not having the supporting bar across the top, but after talking with Jim, he assured me that it would be fine. He did not disappoint!Jim said the glass would be sturdy and perfectly level. It was. The gap between the panel and door is perfectly even, despite one wall being out of plumb.The job was on time, on budget, and exactly as Jim promised. A true professionaI. I highly recommend Prestige glass.
