One of the best customer service experiences I've had. Anna was extremely diligent in her communication and follow-up with me. She was very efficient and thorough when I met her for my appointment. Anna helped me with every single step and made sure I was 100% comfortable. Really wonderful service!

I dealt with Anna at this place who is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. Explains in details the functions of the machine and the apparatus and the befits of using it.. Provided various options to choose from that suits individual needs.Recommended that you make an appointment as she can patiently answer all your questions. She also follows up with you for the first 2 weeks as you get used to the whole process of using the machine.Personally you need to take the initiative to make sure you use the machine and get used to the features of the machine to maximize usage.I use the machine every night and am getting sound sleep. This small shop in a second floor office has very good customer service. They are full service, which means they can help with getting the right machine and mask for ones needs (appointment strongly suggested), which is the best way to get a new CPAP or mask. I just needed a replacement Resmed cushion for my existing mask, their price was discounted below list and they had it in stock.

Great experience, they have been super helpful and are very accommodating to squeeze me in for an appointment. Always picking up calls, and are quick to return to emails. I've been dealing with Christine and she has been super super sweet and very helpful with walking through the whole process from beginning to end. If you have any issues, they are on top to make sure you are more than satisfied before leaving. Highly recommend them for all your sleep matters.

I got my new CPAP machine at Sleep Panda and they are great. Anna took great care of me and then followed up after 6 months to make sure I got a fresh mask. They took care of all the insurance papers. They make it easier than any CPAP provider that I have ever worked with. Thanks Anna!

I called several places to buy a CPAP equipment + mask and there was a waiting time from 4 weeks to 3 monthz or more. I tried Sleep Panda and they have some available. I made an appointment, got there and everything went smooth. Ann was a great help, she answered all my questions and the best part is that she follows up and is available for any help I need. I will recommend this place to anyone. You wont be dissapointed. She is polite and cares about her customers.

Can’t recommend this place enough if you need CPAP therapy. Anna was so helpful, friendly, and answered all my questions which really helped me feel at ease because I was feeling pretty nervous about the whole situation. I researched a lot of places in Oakville and mississauaga and surrounding areas and so glad I went with sleep panda. They have a ton of options to choose from for all different types of machines and masks. Anna still regularly checks in on me to see if everything is going well or if I have any questions or need any help. Great customer service, great experience.

I'm in the process of refitting my father's CPAP machine, he needs a new mask and other things. Gabby at the Hurontario location has been beyond helpful to us. They'll get it up and running properly.

I called to inquire about a travel CPAP machine, which I understand is in short supply. However, Sleep Panda was unwilling to quote just the Resmed AirMini machine + P10 mask setup kit,. Sleep Panda said they will only sell the machine plus ALL optional accessories which I do not need.I am not sure why they are only selling bundles. Also they not provide pricing over the phone which is unfortunate because other CPAP stores advertise prices on their websites.It is clear I know the parts are compatible - this is a very standard travel setup. It's unfortunate some stores make CPAP more complex than it really is.
