Hôtel du Parc
It’s an historic building it’s nice sometimes to step back in time and have a look at local hotel it’s not a fancy hotel but it serves the purpose of being comfortable and keeping cool during the summer days. You do at the moment have to check in at the bar to get your room key and pay l forgot the wifi password so had to go back and they have traditional keys instead of the plastic keys that other hotels have. There are 3 floors and if your on the park side you do have a nice view of the park and waterfall which l did all in all room is clean and comfortable which is the main thing and I would go back again.

Basic Hotel, small room , no ACWifi is reallybad and don't work in second floor, no Breakfast, not enough towel or extra bed cover. The only good thing is the price and late checkin since they will be in the Bar on the side.

No more than 2 stars for that 2 stars hotel. Old building, dated rooms. Carpet in the hallway smells, probably humidity. Pray that no one flushes the toilet when you are in the shower. On a brighter side, its cheap. You get what you pay for.

The old, historic flavor of the hotel has been well preserved, and this is well complemented by the nearby Petit Maison Blanche next door.Rooms are tiny and comfortable and a microwave is a nice added touch. As with most hotels, ear plugs are recommended for sleeping.Downtown is a nice quick walk away with plenty of great spots to check out.The woman at the front desk was great! She spoke fluent English and French and had some impeccable suggestions for getting the most out of our visit to the Fjords soon after.

Great view of parc and church which are central to memories of the torrential flooding of 1996. Our room was large and comfortable. Two queen beds in top floor corner room gave wide panorama below. Slow elevator gave us time to chuckle about the pace of life. Entry door at the top of steep front steps kept us alert. Be pleased by the unexpected and your stay will be memorable.

Room was clean the location and view excellent! The problem was that upon arrival we were told a different price: 50 CAD more expensive than the price i booked for in advance. I had the reservation on paper printed with the price all fees included but that was not enough. So we paid 50 extra dollars. And there is nobody at the Front Desk most of the time

Helpful and friendly staff that have no problem communicating in French or English. The first floor is noisy on the weekends because of the bar downstairs but is fine during the week. A great price for the area. Would stay again.

Was here for 1 night on a weekend. Not very busy, which I personally prefer. It is an old place with old pipes. The building talks. Room is equipped with TV/cable, microwave and a mini fridge.Maybe it's just me, but the room was a bit cold with no option to heat up the place, even manually on the floor heater. Would have also prefer thicker/warmer bed sheets. Maybe brighter lights would have been nice also. Bathroom is decent, not much more to say. Was around 80$/night.

Stayed here for over a week for work and although they keep the rooms relatively clean they are very outdated tiny bathrooms with toilet bowls design for public bathrooms and the walls are made of cardboard because I hear everything including phone conversations with from my neighbors. They also keep the heating off unless it's midwinter I assume and their air conditioners are window mounted so you hear all the traffic including large trucks that pass on the street nearby. had to pick up a pair of earplugs to get a neat decent nights rest although admittedly I'm a very light sleeper. the price is definitely low but you get exactly what you pay for.

Older building with tastefully renovated rooms, no doubt over time that touch will reach the hallways and exterior. I was very pleased.
