We needed a couple of tune ups for adult bikes and my kid's bike had brakes that were constantly rubbing, despite my many efforts. Because of COVID and the arrival of winter, our bikes had to be taken to his workshop, which he explained up front. We got great service for such a great(!!) price! The service cost well below what we were expecting for the 3 bikes. And then, when the bikes were returned, my kids and dog enjoyed smiles and waves. Little things like that make me want to sing praises and leave honest, glowing reviews.

Absolutely fantastic service! I don't own a vehicle so the pick up and drop off was perfect for me. I got my bike back in the timeframe I was given and it runs beautifully. I have no words to express how happy my husband and I are with Brahm's service. We took our bikes to a business for tune ups and a few other issues that we wanted addressed and long story short our bikes came back in worse condition than when we dropped them off. I found Brahm online and was thrilled that his business model included pick-up and drop-off service. When he arrived he listed to our story and the issues we were having. He took a quick spin on both bikes and quickly experienced the same issues we were. He provided us with a quote and estimated return date before he loaded up our bikes. Our bikes were returned as if they were brand new and we are now able to enjoy them again and his services with parts only cost us $45 more than the place we originally took our bikes.
