i m really upset with service. The lady who was helping was just constantly saying i don’t know what to do with package. So my question was if u don’t know what to do with package then leave your job. Such unhappy service totally disappointed. Even the old lady may be there manager was saying you need to pay for package or shipping ofcourse i gonna pay for that. They don’t know how talk to customer however she was saying i m rude. Hope they’ll get good employees!!!

Used their service many times over the years. Nice friendly staff. Only once had staff uncertain what to do and she just started. No big deal. On my way now to post Christmas package.

Incredibly rude staff. The woman working at the counter felt the need to tell me how long she’s been doing her job when I made a suggestion to why my rate was coming up at the wrong price. Maybe time to retire if you still hate your job after 27 years.

I think the white lady should learn how to talk to customers politely. Felt so blunt and rude. I won’t ever use this post office. Everyone, be careful.

The hours say they are open until 8pm but I arrived at 6pm and they were closing
