Horrible experience with them, triple check your flights!My parents booked with Carol back in October for a multi-city Asia trip. Fast forward to February, it seems that the travel agency forgot to issue the 3rd flight in a 5-flight itinerary.We tried to check in early and caught the issue. Because of the limited hours of the travel agency + time zone difference, spent hours trying to resolve with multiple airlines.Otherwise, we would have been stranded at an airport with our 4th and 5th cancelled.

Carol is a very responsible and experience professional. Once you reserved the air ticket, she is able to hold it for a few days even a week so in case the price of the ticket drop, you get the lower price. Highly recommend this travel agency.
